Thank you Andy G, as you say, Littleheath Woods provide a tranquil place, and we all need a bit of that peace and tranquility. The Bluebells will soon be a riot of colour and scent so we hope you will be able to enjoy another...More

These woods are a fantastic place to come most times of the year but particularly good in spring and summer. Typical woodland and heath areas with some stunning woodland plants and flowers.

Take a stroll through the beautiful Littleheath Woods any time of year to explore its natural beauty. Bluebells in May are especially stunning and well worth a visit. Walk, explore, recharge and relax in a stunning setting of trees and plants.

Thanks Croydon P. You might be interested in the self guided Nature Trail available on The Friends website. The circular Trail is designed to take 1.5 to 2 hours and takes you to some of the highlights of the woods.

I live by one of the entrances to this woodland and am glad to see that its 60 acres have survived the surrounding urban sprawl. Being a fairly regular power walker I often divert through the woods when daylight and weather permit. If you want...More

Yes! Littleheath Woods has over a dozen entrances, with fields and woodland paths, and is a dog walkers favourite destination. Dog poo bins available at some entrances or please bag it and take it home with you.
