Lovely day out - didn't have enough time to see everything! some wonderful sculptures and picnic areas to sit at.
A bit difficult to find parking space.

A quirky woodland wander
Nov 2021 • Friends
A quirky woodland wander and surprising new sculptures this year.
A return visit and just as enjoyable, weaving up and down through the autumn trees.
Great enjoyment of the water features.
Wish the pink monstrosity in the lake could be removed tho.
Delicious lunch at the Bel and Dragon pub adjacent

A fun walk for all the family including the dog. Not so good for people with mobility issues. Lots of steps & hills to c

Allow 3 hours for this amazing sculpture exhibition. I would thoroughly recommend this park & can't wait to go back to see it in a different season. Everyone had their own favourite sculpture. It appeals to both art experts & those with no or little interest in art.

My 3 grandchildren (12, 12, 11) and I enjoyed a wonderful few hours wandering through Surrey’s amazing sculpture park. The number, size and stunning sculpture wait to enthral you on every turn.

Absolutely wonderful
Nov 2021
What a wonderful place. We spent a wonderful few hours here recently. The setting is as fantastic as the art on display. The paths, the plants, the lakes and stream are all worth going to see in their own right. Then you add in the sculptures - some of it wierd and much of it wonderful - something for everyone here. It’s a fantastic place to spend a quiet few hours in the outdoors. Well worth a visit.

What a pleasant surprise!!
Nov 2021
My husband really wasn't looking forward to this trip out with friends from 'up North'! Not the fact that we were going out with our friends, he thought I had not chosen a good place to visit!

We parked easily, but to be honest, if it is busy you will need to park in the Bell and Dragon opposite, which is allowed.

You have a timed slot, ours was 11 till 12, and you can arrive anytime within that slot. We opted to have a coffee and muffin in the Bell and Dragon before hand as there are no refreshments within the Park.

Before you even get to reception, you can see loads of statues. Wear decent walking shoes as the path can sometimes be uneven or muddy. or both! We were made very welcome at reception, and she knew we were coming so we didn't need to print out our ticket. We were given a map, which was very useful. All Covid safe.

The terrain is up and down fairly narrow paths, but 90% of the time it is one way. I would imagine it will be lovely to go in the summer when all the trees will be in leaf. There are statues all along the paths and it is very easy to miss one, especially those in the trees or up high.

I would imagine children will love it, but they are not allowed on the grassed areas or to climb on the statues, so they will have to be well behaved.

This is not an expensive outing. You can take your own picnic and there are lots of places to sit and eat once you get further into the Park. They do have toilets.

My husband really enjoyed the day, so it just goes to show us women do get it right sometimes!!!

Phenomenal place

Fantastic place full of all mediums of sculpture and all for sale too. £10 entrance fee which is phenomenal for what you get to see. Very clever route system for viewing all the sculptures. Loved every minute ❤

Something for everyone

Thoroughly enjoyed our walk around the park this morning. A leisurely stroll of all three paths took us three hours. There is a lot of art on show. Highly recommend for sculpture lovers.

Stunning sculptures
Oct 2021
What a fantastic place to visit. My wife and I spent just over the two hours that was suggested for a visit and we still had not covered all of the site. The sculptures are fantastic, some quirky, some beautiful and some both and the whole park is in such a scenic setting. I have no idea how they managed to move most of them into place!! This is an excellent way to spend a half day and we will return in the spring/summer next year to catch what we missed on the first visit. I must also say that the concession admission price of £5 plus booking fee was an absolute bargain. We will be back!!

An oasis of visual delights
Oct 2021
An oasis, a hidden gem, a step into another world. Absolutely beautifully curated and looked after by the lovely people who work there who are so helpful. There is a vision of something lovely or thought provoking around every corner, and every vista asks you to stand and stare. Will return and will tell everyone I know. And such a bonus to have a truly fabulous pub opposite. Perfect day out!
