Best time to go for a casual swim is 7 in the morning not too busy staff are always polite the only downside side is once you have paid for your swim you also have to pay additional car parking fee

Visited in August 2016 with my 2 sons aged 12 and 15. My 15 year old is going on a school skiing trip in Feb, so we thought this would be a good chance for him to get a feel for skiing. Booked both boys on a 3 hour skiing lesson, and it was brilliant. At the end of the... More

We came here a couple of weeks ago. I hadn't been on the ice for a long time. It was quite busy but it was nice because there were lots of mixed abilities but no one was getting in each other's way. Great price too! We had a lovely day out. The staff are all friendly too, very helpful.

Another snowless year and thank goodness for the SnowDome! The toddler snow play on a Friday afternoon is great fun although 45 minutes would be a better time frame to have the session in as 30 minutes goes by very quickly when you are having that much fun and children aren't quite ready to leave when the bell goes.

Day one of an action week with my 7 year old daughter. I booked online for the fun swim session with giant inflatable and water flume followed by a half hour session of tobogganing. The online booking system was easy to use and so no disappointment or waiting around on arrival. Top fun from start to finish. Very impressed by... More

Visited here sunday for a children birthday party, they did tiny tubing. It was fantastic, so much fun, kids all loved it and was really well organised. The eating area after is really clean, tidy and well laid out. I have been here previously for tobogganing which is also fantastic. Staff are helpful and its clean and tidy with plenty... More

So much to do here, snow play for the little ones and tiny sledging when they get a little bigger and more adventurous. Food places are on the expensive side however. And Starbucks as Christmas is a must see 😃

Whole family had a group snowboard lesson with Holly. She was superb! Taking time with everyone and at the end we all could go down a hill after no previous experience on any form of snow except throwing it. Group of 6 only for 3 hours. Excellent family day out. It is not cheap but well worth it. It got... More
