We came here as a family on 25th August 2016. We arrived 10 am . Rides open 10.30am. We had pre booked 7 days in advance so we got a discount. All those persons who has pre booked tickets do not have to go to the booths. Go straight to the gates with your printed tickets. Btw parking is free.... More

This theme park is quite old and tired. Lots of things for younger children but older children there are better theme parks with more challenging rides. Queues are long on the popular rides and staff have no idea how to organise and run things efficiently. I certainly wouldn't go back but it is cheaper than some of the other theme... More

We travelled here from Northern Ireland for our 4 year old Thomas fan. Although he didn't want to go on various rides as they were very high or too fast; he had a ball. The rides he did like, he was able to go on 3 or 4 times each. There is plenty to do in the rest of the... More

As with all my reviews i would like to start on accessibility for people who are disabled, and if it is suitable for them, plenty of parking spaces for blue badge holders close to the entrance,we only visited Thomas Land which was flat and suitable for wheel chair users and scooters. We visited with my Grandson who is 3,what a fabulous place not... Paid 116 for a family ticket of four. No queuing times written like other theme parks, popular rides at least one hour wait, seem to be understaffed and not motivated. Seats not being filled properly to reduce waiting times, some rides do not have all seats working during the summer!

Queue times aren't available before you join the queue. That is my difference between 4 and 5 stars. OK, some rides have signs part way through, but it is hard to entertain kids for an hour in a queue. Having said that, we had an amazing day out. Our children are 11, 6 and 16 months at the time of... More

My grandson loves Thomas the Tank Engine so we have been here twice this year. It's a great park for young kids and there are a good few white knuckle rides for the older 'kids' too. This time we paid £3 extra for him to try the little version of Vertigo. He absolutely loved it and spent at least half... More

Make sure you arrive early to avoid traffic parking. The family will enjoy all the many activities and rides but queuing is a frustration especially for the most popular rides. We were disappointed some rides were late starting.Take a picnic lunch to save money and leave half an hour before the last ride to avoid long queues leaving the car parks. There are...
