Best of Three
Aug 2021
During a holiday in the area we visited 3 Soft Play venues with our children aged 6 and 4. On the minus side, there were no balls or 'shooting', (presumably due to Covid) and it could have been better signposted. On the plus side, our grandchildren were still fully active when the session ended and, out of the three venues, this came top according to the children.

Impressive

Booked it not really knowing what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. It’s effectively a soft play but the structure is wood, but with all the padding where necessary.

Place was clean, and not too busy. My 8 and 5 year old loved it. Great coffee too :)

Bigger than your average soft play too.

Very clean lovely play area for kids
Aug 2021 • Family
The kids absolutely loved coming here, there is a soft play room for 0-2 years (which was empty) a play area for 0-5 years and then the bigger play area for 5 years & over.. plenty to do for the kids, I feel we could of probably stayed half an hour - hour extra, 2 hours just goes so fast.

We chose a 9-11am slot so the place was absolutely sparkling - so clean which was really good. The only negative I’d say is food & drink is slightly overpriced than other soft plays I’ve been to. Staff were pleasant and well presented.

Overall I’d definitely recommend the place, we had a really nice morning.

Poor Food Experience
Jun 2021 • Family
We booked to visit Come into Play for our daughters 6th birthday after multiple recommendations from other people.

The premises was exceptionally well kept and the team members were moderately polite, however I would not say they appeared engaged or interested.

Whilst the children had a lovely time, the food offering was extremely disappointing. We placed our order only to be advised that multiple items were not available, the cashier advised that you had very limited stock on the children’s menu.

I was then charged in excess of £30 for poor quality food, that frankly I wouldn’t serve to a dog. I appreciate that maintaining good margins is imperative for business, however you CAN get a better quality product by seeking new suppliers and maintaining your current margins and potentially increasing your revenue.

Unfortunately. despite the fact that the kids enjoyed their time at ‘COME INTO PLAY’ we will not be returning as I left feeling slightly ripped off.

Also worth noting, the booking form asks for details about birthdays, occasions etc, whilst we did provide these details, no one wished our daughter happy birthday, as such it maybe worthwhile removing the form from your booking.

Great value for money
Jun 2021 • Family
My 15 month old absolutely loved this place and so did I!!
After reading the not so great reviews I was sceptical. However it was amazing!
I didn't order food, how can I with my child running wild in a judge play area?!!
Great value for money and I will be visiting again.

We’ve been here plenty of times over the past 12 months now, so I felt it time to leave a review.
The soft play area itself is brilliant, especially for my 4 and 5 year old, the price for those two is good too for 2 hours play. I can’t fault that.
I’m having to pay for baby that doesn’t leave a pram, granted only £1, but £1 for him to sit in his own pram... as well as £1 each for two adults.
The food is over priced and bad, the kids had pizza from the children’s menu and couldn’t eat it because it was that tough, the chicken burger £7, was nothing more than the 8 pack of chicken burgers for £1 from morrisons, the drinks and snacks are over priced too.
We do go, regularly. But we tend not to order food, we did it the once and haven’t done so since. The kids obviously want snacks and drinks, once we’ve left, we’ve paid £15 to go in, then another £10-£15 for snacks and drinks.

A great 2 hour energy killer for both parents and their kids
May 2021 • Family
After reading a few reviews about this place (good and bad) me and my 2 year old decided to give it a go.

Really good value for money, we paid the same amount for wacky warehouse and this is much bigger, also this is a two hour slot compared to wackys 1 hour slot.

Everything was clean and the staff were great.

100% going again

Last thing, when reading other reviews about this place note the date it was given, it seems that this place may have had a rough patch but since opening back up after lockdown everything is clean and tidy and worth a visit

Good space and friendly staff
Oct 2020 • Family
We visited the centre with our 1 year old girl. We were very impressed with the different areas available to separate age groups.

For under 2 year old there was a dedicated room which was all padded and provided and safe space for the little ones to explore without big feet, however this was not monitored by staff and we found some bigger kids strolling in and trying to take over.

The staff were friendly with prices for food and drink being rather reasonable.

We would definitely return next time we are passing the area.

Ok out of school holidays ,stay away at these times DANGEROUS
Feb 2020
Been here a few times and like the place ,however went this week in the half term break.
Absolute nightmare, where to begin
Staff non plussed , took my 3 year old ,had to leave as not safe
Not sure of the age limit but there were 12 / 13 year old boys running around as if on some kind of sugar rush. This is extremely dangerous and saw several cases of these boys aboslutetly flattening younger children (i n their defense in most cases they stopped to apologise) ,however as the parents can't be bothered to supervise their offspring who does ?. This place can put up as many disclaimer notice as they want but if it not safe then there is problems forthcoming. It is only a matter of time before some young child is seriously hurt. If I were the owner ( or insurer) I would be extremely concerned.
The staff all appear to be very young and inexperienced and not very concerned about safety , possibly overworked ?.
If you want your young children to experience danger then let them play on a main road or take them to this place in school holidays , the risk is about the same.
To many children ,to few untrained staff, management a joke , a disaster waiting to happen.
If you want to go take your young children then please take them out of school holidays when this place is ideal. Anyone under 4 then please stay away as it is extremely dangerous.
Such a shame as this place could be a real little gem in Stone
