We arrived a the brewery to a pleasant welcome about 10am. The tour was due to start at 11am and we had a quick look around first and a coffee. The tour lasted about an hour and half and although we have done brewery tours...More

Ian was our tour guide, he made the experience one to remember! The tour lasted about 2 hours so was extremely good value for money (just under £10 for an adult), this includes your beer tasting session at the end where you are able to...More

We joined a guided tour and the guide Dave, made the tour informative and amusing. There was a lift available for those unable to make the stairs. Well laid out, very interesting indeed. Just one concern was that the magnificent horses used to pull the...More

Thanks for your review. The dray horses do have an outdoor paddock area which they go to every day and they do have a farm field holiday on occasions. The smaller shire is quite young and is just getting used to things but he is...More

A fantastically interesting tour provided by Dave. There is something of interest for everybody; brewers, drinkers, engineers, chemists, medical people, social historians, economists, politicians etc. A great day out. The tour/museum & the restaurant were both really good value. Thoroughly recommended!

Really sorry to hear read of your disappointment and your struggle to get tea for your mother. Very unlike the team at the Brewery Centre, normally 100% on service. We will certainly look into this and see that this does not happen again.

I was a little wary of visiting here as I thought the price and the subject might be a little boring!! How wrong I was. Yes it is £9.50 to get in - but the tour lasts an hour and a half and there is...More

I would definitely recommend the tour, it was very informative with some nice quirks. The guide kept everyone interested even if you weren't into the beer.
