I know this review is a bit late, but we visited during Scarefest 2017. Being able to ride in the dark is amazing. The costume and Make up People at the Alton Towers Resort do such an amazing job, it was such a shame, however...More

Fantastic day out for all ages, sometimes the bigger rides will be a waiting time of over an hour, but it does seem to go fast and worth the wait. The food, drinks and shops on site are what you would expect, you pay more...More

It's a huge resort. You can't finish viewing whole resort within one or two days. It's better to make plans minimum a week. We enjoyed a lot.

It’s about a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the mono rail and then 5 minutes on monorail to the park. The queues vary depending on the time of day but earlier the better. The queue goes down pretty quickly as the trains... More

It depends on the package you buy, but usually not, if you buy the water park overnight stay then it usually includes the water park. Hope this helps
