We have been several times with friends of different abilities and were given such wonderful calm horses and we were all looked after perfectly by the staff. So friendly we all felt at ease straight away. What amazing views across the moors. Would definitely recommend.
As a birthday treat for my daughter, (in her 20s) and as her first trecking experience after a few riding lessons, I booked us in to West Anstey stables.

Hi yes there’s plenty of B & B ‘s to fit most budgets just look for Dulverton, Anstey, knowlestone, hawkridge, all within 10/15 minuets from the stable. Beautiful Exmoor, I live locally and never tire of our countryside.
