It's a brilliant day out for free, cannot fault it! There is plenty to look at and keep the whole family interested for hours! Would be good in summer to take a picnic and eat in the picnic area outside! I will definitely be returning.

Free to get in and it's a great way to spend an morning or afternoon. We have been a few times and it's still as interesting as the very first time we went. Would recommend this to anyone thinking of visiting.

Visited Easter weekend with family including three small children. Parking is only £3 and almost everything else is free. The simulator rides cost extra but that's all. The displays are fantastic and there is an interactive area which the children loved. The Cold War exhibit...More

whilst entrance is free, prices charged for £5 to see inside a Nimrod seems steep and other extra charges. Photo opportunities of aircraft difficult to get, but good venue to see aircraft history.

Approximately 0.8 miles from the station, a relatively flat walk with a small ascent to the museum entrance.
