We booked for an afternoon session which offered good value for money for a family with under 8 year olds. There is plenty of activities to do inside and outside with a programme of events on too. Great interactive with the farm animal for the children, you can buy food to feed them. Good inside soft play for the children especially on the day we visited as it rain and got to soggy outside. On a nice warm sunny day good place to go. The only negative is the big slide inside has a couple of rough patches children can rub back on. Also the coffee there is horrible, take you own! Overall good afternoon out.

We had an amazing day out at the Park Hall the Countryside Experience although it's a little pricy. We went along with two disabled children and had to pay full price including the two careers as the elderly gentleman on reception wasn't interested in anything other than full price despite it being obvious that neither child would be able to fully enjoy all the facilities. Especially enjoyed the Pig Racing and can't praise the café highly enough, good quality food and at a reasonable price.

I am lucky to be local to this attraction and have many wonderful childhood memories however now I am a parent, I have the joy of sharing Park Hall with my daughter (and husband who was brought up in Telford). I think Park Hall is a fantastic place to go and somewhere you can have a fab time rain or shine! We had our daughter’s 4th birthday party last year and found it great value for money and therefore plan to do the same again this year. I would highly recommend visiting whether you’re local or visiting the area 🥰

Absolutely brilliant day out with our young grandchildren. There was a full programme of activities that lasted all day, run by friendly and energetic staff who made sure that the children had a great time. With so much going on they were never bored. The weather was changeable throughout the day but it didn’t matter because there was plenty for everyone to do both inside and outside. We would highly recommend a visit So many highlights but one has to be Dangerous Dave in the Easter bunny race.

This place has so much to offer families. You will not be sorry you have visited no matter what aged children you have. One for the grandparents to come along too, the Trenches experience was so unique. So many experiences throughout the day, keep an eye on the timetable so you don't miss out. Maybe get some more space hoppers they were popular and the adults loved them! Illusion room still has good bits but showing its age perhaps. Staff were all friendly and very knowledgeable. Areas were clean and well maintained, you can tell it is well cared for. I can see why school trips come along, so much to offer education wise. Didn't eat in the café so can't comment on the food.

A fabulous place!!! Really interactive, lots of interesting things for adults as well as children. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and really reasonably priced. Some of this things we loved - the Victorian section, the trenches were incredible, and the children loved feeding the lambs. If we were locals we’d be buying a membership!

Our visit was maybe slightly out of season but I assume we paid a similar price. Two adults and a toddler (2 year old) and I'm not sure we got value for money given that adults places cost more than child places.

Little one really enjoyed the soft play and the other indoor activities, she also met the ginuea pigs and rabbits but wasn't really old enough for anything beyond that. She crawled through the tunnels at the oudoor play but that's not exactly exciting.

Overall, it cost us quite a lot of money given that there are other soft play options and animal focused activities available for a fraction of the price locally.

The park is ok it will keep your little ones entertained for a number of hours lots to see lots to play on etc
Meet the animals. I would say for kids over 3 also Definitely a warmer day visit type of place.

I do think it’s over priced for what is actually there. We paid 75 4 adults one under 2 but we came more for the Santa experience and for the little one to see a few animals etc.
the Santa experience was naff the waiting area is awful you have to play musical chairs as a queueing system with only a few toys to entertain the children once they are 1st and 2nd in the queue until then nothing. We were sat in there for about 25 minutes waiting with a one and a half year old that got rather annoyed at times the two members of staff in there who I’m guessing are there to not only supervise but to entertain the children as well and talk to them etc but they were as entering as a wet paper bag with only speaking to a few children and focusing on the much older kids yes talking to our little one is difficult as she doesn’t understand however they could of made funny faces at her played peek a boo or even had some bubbles to blow or something or just be willing to be a bit silly to get a smile and make the wait more enjoyable.
Definitely need to improve the waiting area to keep all kids entertained whilst they wait there was older children making a fuss in there due to the wait and how boring it is in there.
(Won’t come back to see Santa there again)

However Santa was actually very good and realistic looking. And really tried to interact with our little one. She received a lovely little teddy bear.

Held my daughter's 6th birthday party here today, and really couldn't recommend them enough. They took a deposit of the cost of 3 children on booking (minimum of 6 for a party, so that's half the minimum as a deposit), then when the birthday girl caught covid 5 days before our original date they let me postpone it by a fortnight.

They were really flexible with numbers. I gave a tentative number but didn't confirm actual number till 2 days before. On arrival they asked me to tell the kitchen whether we wanted nuggets, sausage or veggie burger and at what time. Then we were free to explore.

You don't get to bottle feed lambs more, and don't get much time stroking the bunnies anymore, but that's a covid thing. They've moved the bunny petting to over in the barn, and because a queue was forming it was quite a short time each. Still nice though. Kids loved all the different areas, indoors and out. We played in the science bit, the role play area, the soft play area, the sand area, and the bouncy castle and big slide. We saw the bunnies, guinea pigs, horse, pigs and goats. We had a walk around the war trenches, and explored the rabbit warren. We played in the little houses, zip line, climbing frames and outdoor park. We had a tractor ride, a barrel train ride, and played on the go carts and little electric cars.

At lunch time we had a nicely decorated party room to ourselves, just next to the cafe. The hot party food was delicious, and also included drink, party rings and mini roll. We added on adult food too which was very tasty.

All in all, we had an amazing 5 hours there, and it cost little more than I would've spent taking the same children to a standard playcentre for tea, when you factor in entrance, food and drinks. Well worth it!!

Always loved Park Hall & my son really enjoys it too. Especially the tractor ride! Staff are always really friendly and there’s so much to do there.
Only thing I’d say is some parks could do with a bit more cleaning. My son always seems to catch something if he goes in the soft play part indoors so I’d say as long as you stay outside (there’s loads to do there) you’ll be fine!
Also two cornetto ice creams cost me £7 which is a bit steep but the toys in the shop at the end are a reasonable price.

Been here a few times but this was the first visit post lockdown
You have to pre book online so they can monitor numbers, and these clearly shows as it was considerably less crowded than normal which was nice in these strange times
They’ve thought a lot about what they need to do- plenty of signs and hand sanitizers. Lots of instructions before petting the rabbits - pre and post hand sanitising etc.
Barrel train is free which is a nice touch. The maze wasn’t there last time I visited and my daughter loved this.
It’s a great way to spend a few hours and it’s relatively inexpensive
Definitely recommend

We visited Park Hall farm today, I have been before, must say we were not disappointed. It's a brilliant day out, very reasonable, so much to do and see. All three children enjoyed it, a toddler, an 8 year old and a 10 year old. I like the fact that there's nothing extra to pay once you get in apart from refreshments. We visited the cafe and the children had chicken nuggets and chips , we had the children filet and chips. Coffees, teas and drinks all reasonable. Cakes looked delicious but we were too full. Well worth a visit. Staff friendly, areas kept clean. Staff give interesting talks about the animals. Thank you

We went to visit Father Christmas today and I can simply say its been the best santa experience we have ever had. We haven't been here for a few years to see Father Christmas so we decided to try this year. The effort that goes into making your children have a magical experience was great. Even the waiting room to see Father Christmas was entertaining. And then to top it off you get tickets to go and see an elf work shop( small pantomime) which kept them laughing all the way through. And then of course wandering around the rest of the farm to finish your day off was great fun.
We will definitely be back next year thank you.

Lots to do, lots to keep the children engaged but the food and beverage is not great. The soup was a packet mix, badly mixed with lumps, wooden cutlery, disposable containers so no crockery or cutlery but no sorting of waste, so all seems to go to landfill which shocked us. A plastic tea spoon to eat the soup, which we paid £3.50 for, served in an ice cream tub was very disappointing in 2022! The coffee was dreadful, cappuccino made with powdered milk wasn’t my idea of coffee, parents want nice coffee, come on Park Hall invest in a good coffee machine or two! Healthy options were absent, if it’s chips you want you’ll be okay! We will definitely take our own food next time. I think you could do so much better Park Hall!!

I did my work experience as a teen here about 15years ago and it has always been a plan to make a trip back and show my children. Today was amazing! So much to see and do. My son 7yrs old and daughter 12yrs old both had a fantastic time playing on the various different play areas. The best part is that everything is included within the admin price. We saw the rabbits and guinea pigs (my daughter wants a guinea pig and my son now wants a rabbit!). We also saw the goats, ponies (son thought these were unicorns), alpacas, pigs, sheep and of course the cute lambs. The pig race was brilliant and the human rabbit race really gave us a chuckle. The staff through out the farm are very friendly, helpful and really make it a day to enjoy and remember. It really is a farm and very much gives you a country side feeling. The sunshine also really helped today ☺️ It was also brilliant seeing some familiar faces such as Martin and Richard though not sure they remembered me. 🤔. Very much highly recommended. Kids are now home and shattered which is always a fantastic thing and a sign of a brilliant day out.

Park Hall is a wonderful place to visit, especially for families. The kids can enjoy play areas, toy tractors, mini diggers. But the best thing is the animals.

Rabbits, llamas, sheep, pigs, horses, and goats. Some you can actually cuddle and stroke. And they even have pig racing!

For dad, there are WW1 trenches and the Welch Fusiliers' museum to explore. The last time I was there, they had re-enactors in period uniforms and with an artillery piece. It may be worth checking their website to see what is available given the COVID restrictions.

Park Hall is a great way to spend a few hours.
