This was the first time we have visited with our granddaughters. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and efficient. Although all the staff there were very young. I got some drinks for the girls and us. They had a slush which was nice, however the coffee was awful. It’s was very busy as the children were off school. There seemed to be lots of much older children just chasing around, paying no attention to the younger ones , knocking others over and double bouncing as they ran along. None of the attendants seemed bothered about stopping them. Maybe the parents and children need to watch the safety video again, and it needs to be inforced. It was also freezing in there.
Overall one of my grandchildren enjoyed it. The younger one not so much. An hour was certainly enough.

We love this trampoline park and have visited a lot, but it has changed so much. This visit, it was so strictly watched for safety it sucked all the fun out of it. The poor girls who worked there were following everyone around telling them what not to do constantly.
With trampolining there is always going to be an element of risk but I felt it was way too heavily policed.
I was in with my children so maybe I had a different view than the parents on the sidelines.
There was only one child allowed on the huge pillow at one time. To me this seems so over the top and isn’t allowing any use for common sense. I’ve been to many parks including this one and I’ve never seen that before.
We won’t be revisiting, like I said the fun was taken away with too many rules.

Mainly about the cafe.
Young staff as slow as slow serving people. I had to interrupt two girls chatting behind the counter so I interrupted them and asked if I could have a coffee. Didn’t look like they had any idea what was going on or cared about the huge queue.
Plenty of staff just no idea what they are doing.
Tables stacked high with plates . Nobody clearing them apart from customers moving them on to other tables to free space.
Toilets stink.
The Big jump unfortunately now for just over 8 year olds so there were not many kids using it. Seems a waste really. That’s all I have to say 👍

My 7 year old twins had their party here yesterday. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating and couldn't do enough to make their party special and go smoothly (Several parents commented on this also). The venue was really clean and the food looked really good. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’ve been here many times before and had a good time with all of my grandchildren 10,9,7 and 4. However staff seemed more involved in the activities, on Saturday, and were less than fair, seeming to have favourites and allowing some to have more goes and push to the front. This was hard for my grandson as he has ASD and doesn’t cope well with unfairness. He ended in floods of tears and tense for the rest of the session. Whilst I spoke to the member of staff the reaction wasn’t the best and it was an other adult and young girl who helped out. Really disappointed at this approach and hope it’s the last time I see it or we’ll have to find another venue.

Visited I-jump today with my son and his friend. What can I say? The large inflatable jump station was out of order from the minute we got there till we left. We were not impressed and will not be returning. Lots of staff stood chatting when they should have been checking out the areas, safety seemed to have gone out the window.

I can definitely recommend a visit to i-jump, I've been here three times with my 3 children, aged between 10 - 20 and this is the perfect place where they can all be together doing the same actually, there is nothing in Mansfield that offers that in my option, I've also been with a 4 year old and once again they're all able to be active together in a safe environment.
The staff are all really great, very helpful and enthusiastic, they interact with the paying customers really well. I especially love the fact that if ANYONE is disrespecting the rules they are given warnings and if the behaviour continues, they are politely asked to leave, this is an absolutely amazing feature of I-JUMP, one that is not easy to implement and in my experience is hardly ever practiced, it's refreshing to know that our children's safety is key.
Although the staff are young they are very mature and well capable of doing their jobs well.
There is a lot of things to do within the trampoline park and the cooling air fan is a must for when you get to hot, (which is what to be expected) just press the red button on the wall and cool down, i would recommend going in shorts and t-shirt as you do get hot!
The new noon lights session is really good, it's a two hour session and the residents DJ will play requests and will do "shout outs" for birthday and special accasions.
The cafe upstairs is lovely and reasonably priced, with a lovely view of the venue. All in all this is a wonderful place for all to be active and safe.

To be honest I had no idea what to expect. It cost me £10 for a 4 year old for one hour. But we ended up 50 minutes after they took so long in making you wait to watch a safety video. Safety is utterly important agree, but ticking to times and making sure you have the staff is equally important.
So what is it all about? It is simply trampolines in rows and rows and some form of soft play bricks in the centre (which can;t be moved)
My daughter got board rather quickly, being on her own. So would suggest tagging a friend along with kid/kids of similar age.
I personally don't think we would go back because of the price and the one hour. For the same price we can visit a few local theme type parks, get fresh air and have the option of inside climbing actives, wildlife and more for a whole day.
I'm not steep with money, but there's no logic to it for me with a child of four, and don't think it entertains as much as maybe it would a 8 year old.
Just my personal opinion of course. But am I going to spend £10 for my child to bounce on the same thing for a hour, or pay the same and take them to a local park with ride, climbing centres, animals and more.
The only thing that I would consider visiting back would be if the price was cut to at least £5.

Hi Miss-English-Rose81, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for i-Jump.
We have a session specifically designed for under 5's which is our i-Tots session. They run Monday - Friday 10am-11am and from the 19th February we will have a Sunday morning session between 10am - 11am. This is especially for under 5's and their parents or guardians. You might feel you and your daughter enjoy this session and she will have more peers to play alongside. This is priced at £7 for both the parent and child.
We find the little ones really enjoy the foam pits, climbing wall and battle beam areas.
We allow parents to supervise on the Park on any session so if you didn't want to jump but were wanting to be close to your daughter, you're more than welcome to be along side her.
We hope to see you again at i-Jump soon. Many thanks, the i-Jump team

Never leave reviews but this place is an absolute waste of time wouldn’t recommend anyone to take there children, go to jangos instead! I booked 2hr slot for 2 people (adults) in school time so the place was empty. Me and my partner wanted to have an adventurous day burn some energy.
WE LEFT AFTER 1 HOUR
We felt we was being spoken down to by the manager. There was 1 member of staff who was a lovely guy hat and glasses. Came over as i (myself) was sat down having a minutes rest, I struggle with my chest and got told off i would understand if the place was full with children or just busy in general as i would of gone and stood out the way but we had the entire basketball side of the court to ourselves, there was about 4 other people on the trampolines but not on the side we was on. The guy said he didn’t want tell us off but of course has to follow managers order would of loved to met the guy or woman myself.
Straight away I got my things together and left i will never recommend this place to anyone! I felt we was getting stared at constantly by other staff members we are a gay couple and i felt uncomfortable in the place I’ve never felt like that before. Cafe wasn’t great either.
Overall, this company needs to realise ADULTS CAN HAVE FUN TO.

Is there anywhere for non-jumpers to sit & watch? If so, is that area accessible without having to walk upstairs? Thanks
