my review is in answer to brod w comment talking rubbish my daughter did knock the table but gave full apology and offered to replace the drink but was told it was ok not to bother , plenty other people witnessed this and the only horrible behaviour was from the moaning woman at the table . she then left n proceeded to make her mouth go on the way out to which everyone in the seating area looked at each and shrugged as to what her behaviour was about . Anyway I'm commenting on here to clear up the situation and tell the truth . bad behaviour and attitude only came from 1 person brod w

Friendly, welcoming pub. My partner and I were visiting Spittal and called into The Albion Inn for a drink. Live music, great atmosphere for a "local" and the staff and punters could not have made us feel any more welcome. We had a fantastic couple of nights here, best pub in Spittal.

Went in to the pub a few times when at the Caravan and Motorhome site at Spital we were allways made to feel at home by the very friendly bar staff and a cracking boss, our dog Olly was also made wellcome, Thank you all for a great week.

A nice friendly locals pub.Nice selection of beers.Dog friendly the barmaid sorted the dogs out with a drink before taking my order.😊

After many visits over the times we've been in this "local pub" staying on the seaview caravan site, we have had met some lovely locals and enjoyed the atmosphere, but tonight omg it was absolutely awful , a group of "women/girls" started to get a bit rowdy ie knocked our full drinks over no apologies just rough language and very aggressive, but the pub has been taken over !!!!

Such a clean and well-run little pub - a warm welcome from landlord, barmaids and locals alike - very good value drinks - As a lone female I was made to feel very welcome and, as a result, returned a few times and had many laughs during a short stay in Spittal
It is really worthwhile calling in for a pint or a great coffee (the landlord's speciality!!)
A true 'local' and not to be passed by - easy to get to - a short walk along the beautiful waterfront from Shiels or Tweedmouth, and just below the motorhome/camping park

Visited several times in the week I stayed at the nearby caravan site. The staff and locals could not be more welcoming. Nice cosy pub with warm friendly atmosphere. Drinks are cheap and we hope to revisit soon.

We were staying at the caravan club site nearby and called in for a drink on an open mic night. Staff could not have been more welcoming and the locals were very friendly chatting to us throughout the night, we were well entertained and really enjoyed our evening, great value, great welcome, if you're staying at the caravan club site give it a go.
