Our daughters (aged 9 and 12yrs) loved this petting zoo. We went in English school term time so it was quite quiet and they got lots of opportunities to hold animals, which they really enjoyed. They held a mouse, rabbit, skinny pig, baby chicken, stroked an owl and brushed a goat. Even the adults got to hold a tarantula on... More

Visited on a dry day that turned to wet with grand daughter. We fed the animals and held and groomed a few. Play parks, maze, bouncy castle and large soft play plus outdoor play. Good value even with the near full price child entry.

We spent the entire day here with the children. Great activities and animals so the children can be fully engaged for the entire day. Our children were never bored and the keepers kept them engaged at all times during the animals shows. The café was perfect for a mid-day bite to eat and the tea rooms and sweet shop was... More

There is loads to do here. The indoor picnic area and soft play mean rain won't ruin the day. We really enjoyed the animal handling session and feeding the goats.

We hired whitehouse farm for a venue for our girls 4th birthday party with 14 children in total attending. I think a bit of advice would be to tell all guests to arrive 10mins before the party time as they run the parties to a tight schedule, which is very organised but some guests do not wish to appear too... We were staying at whitley bay on holiday and came here for the day as we had been 6 years ago when at Berwick and had enjoyed it. Yet again we had an amazing day. Staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Lots of wonderful animals to see and lots of interaction for kids and adults. The cafe is... More

Brilliant. Well worth the money. We took a small class of pupils with a range of social, emotional and behavioral difficulties and had no problems with any of the pupils throughout or day.

Family of 3 adults and 4 and 6 year old boys. Surprising amount fitted into the space. Animals to see and pet; rides to play on; a soft play; outdoor playground; tractor ride etc. We ate and the food was both tasty and good value. The boys ran themselves daft! Why only 4*? Well, to be honest, it felt a... More
