Stayed at Beadnell this week with my wife and we were blown away with the beach, we walked for miles after supper and hardly met anyone. The Beadnell Harbour was very picturesque when the tide is in.

Stopped by this beach after walking from the centre of Beadnell. Its big, nice harbour, some information boards for the lime kilns. Good place to wander.

Beautiful long uncrowded sandy bay with room for all kinds of water sport with sand castles in the shelter of the dunes. A great winter walk venue. If there are more than three people on the beach, it's crowded!

Unspoilt beach where you make your own fun. Water sports are often undertaken due to the surf and bay shape. Lots of fun
