Decided to take both mums here for afternoon tea. Lovely place and very unusual sat on train carriage, could just imagine being on the Orient Express lol. Food within the set afternoon tea was plentiful and very fresh. Cakes and scones very moist. Would recommend...More

Very interesting place to visit. And will come again. Well worth it. Like stepping back in time to an era when things were not so rushed, though im sure they were.

Visited here when they were holding a 40s weekend. Very well attended and the museum was very informative with volunteers on hand to ask any questions. A very good day well worth a trip.

Brilliant surroundings in an original waiting room on the station platform. Even has original rolling stock..and museum. Lovely bar with all original features..very friendly...Great place.
