Interesting Norman church
Nov 2016 • Solo
This is yet another church that is kept locked when not in use. It stands in a beautiful setting within a lovely village. The south side of the building is full of Norman work which signifies its great age. I would have loved to have seen the inside but the congregation is clearly more interested in security than in catering for the needs of visitors.

What a wow church this is. Magnificent setting in a lovely town of Barton Seagrave. You have to actually take the time to visit it to take in all its splendour.

Set in the lovely village of Barton Seagrave, Parts of this church date back to the 12th Century, with a Norman Chancel. Well worth a visit.
