Like many churches the acoustics are excellent. I was here for a funeral which was so well attended there were no spare pews! The emotions of a funeral are enhanced and complimented by such surroundings.

This is an interesting Victorian church built in 1893 of the local ironstone which always looks good. I was able to walk around the outside and liked the attractively designed tall windows and the charming chapel on the south side of the chancel. As with...More

Attended a wedding recently here. Absolutely beautiful church.You have to look around inside to appreciate the beauty.Fantastic carvings,brickwork and windows.You can imagine it hasn't changed one bit in hundreds of years and you are seeing what others have all those years ago!

A lovely church that is set back off Stamford Road, that's why most people miss it. Lovely architecture, and in a nice setting. Well worth a visit.
