My daughter gave us vouchers as a birthday present in 2014. Struggled to contact company initially to book a date. Finally day arrived, all booked months in advance, but they cancelled. Rebooked eventually but they cancelled again a few days before. Encouraged by them to book another date. But surprise surprise they had disappeared along with any payment we had made. Never managed to resolve this so we all missed out but most of all my daughter is out of pocket from her hard earned monies and great birthday present idea.

Bought my husband and son a Segway experience through Virgin Experience in 2014!!! They cancelled by text the night before the first attempt extended it twice more over the next year as they cancelled two more bookings. Have spent the past year trying to contact them to no avail. Spoke to Virgin Experience who told me they no longer work with segkind and refunded my initial outlay in way of a gift voucher. ( Segkind ask for your voucher upfront they cash it in incase there's a cancellation and they can rebook... not much motivation to rebook eh?? Virgin were excellent!!

They cancelled my booking twice the night before. I have now been trying for nearly a year to re-book I have constantly rung several different numbers and sent so many emails I have lost count. They never answer the phone or reply to emails. After reading these other reviews I will now try to get a refund through Groupon. Seriously, Do Not bother booking with this company it's just one big head ache :(

My husband had vouchers for SegKind last February and we are still waiting for some sort of correspondence with this company. They now seem to have withdrawn both emails and website. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I want my money back.......

We brought SegKind vouchers through Wowcher for a family outing so was 8 of us. Originally it took forever to even get a booking as on-line wouldn't work, their phone was never answered and their inbox to their voice mail was always full. I eventually got through to a sales person who informed me that the month I wanted to book wasn't in their diary yet! (only about 2 months away) but they would put me on a mailing list and as soon as it came in the diary I would get an email! low and behold no emails so the rigmarole of contacting them to book started again. I finally got a booking thank goodness only to have the event cancelled the night before (seems to be the norm for this business looking at other reviews) Again I had to try and book another date and same issues happened. Emailed them to ask for the voucher to be extended as it was nearly out to which they added another year on. So a year down the line and I was having the same issue with not being able to contact them 2 emails later to say either book it for us or refund no reply. Wowcher then got involved - no reply! Now Wowcher are refunding the voucher in full as Segkind are impossible to contact for them too!!!! This has been so much wasted time constantly chasing them up. Luckily for us we booked through a third party otherwise it would be wasted money too! Disgusting customer service and should not be in business!
