This is a lovely and peaceful place. Full of wildlife and wild flowers. Good parking and well looked after. Well worth a visit for an hour of solitude.

Only got to know about this after seeing someone had been on a Facebook post..what a wonderful hidden gem Filey has ,,a brand new bird hide as well as others too very quiet to sit and enjoy the wildlife

Excellent hides. Small carpark. Close to the birds. Easy walking. Peaceful.Watched a spoon bill across the water. Also a bird box with an owl looking out.

Having been to Filey a number of times we only discovered this on our last trip - it needs more signage - but if you fancy a short stroll and to watch some wildlife in peaceful surroundings - then this is a spot for you - we love it - its quite small but well worth a visit
