My wife and I have visited the Auditorium on a number of occasions and every time the sound system has impacted our viewing pleasure.

We were at the Auditorium on the 20th Jan to see Gareth Gates in a Fankie Valli production.

We had seats in the middle of the circle which in our minds were prime viewing seats however the quality of the sound was poor.

At the mid show break we decided to relocate seats to empty seats next to the sound mixing desks at the rear of the circle. It was like watching a different show! You could hear the vocals clearly and all of the individual instruments in the band.

From where the sound guys were the sound setup was good but nobody had obviously checked that the sound was good elsewhere in the theatre which is a shame.

If we go back to Grimsby in the future we will be booking tickets close to the sound mixing desk.

Brilliant show. Brendan was on form tonight with the first show of 2020 tour. The best moment was when he realized he had come out for the second half of the show and had the wrong trousers on!! Definitely a Wallace and Gromit moment. If you have not seen his show then book a ticket if you can.

Visited to watch a production of the musical show 'Oliver'. The show was wonderful and the auditorium provided just the right staging for it.
The sound and lighting were excellent and this makes for excellent theatre.
I suppose the only critisism might be that for a tall person the leg room is barely adequate in the banked middle section of seating. At the interval we moved to the back section and found a little more legroom. This did not detract from the overall enjoyment afforded by the venue.

Great venue, good facilities. The children had a great day singing and playing in the auditorium. Was nice for parents to go and watch too.

I have been to many shows at the auditorium, and while most of the shows are of extremely good quality, the only thing that lets this venue down is the standard of seating. Very little leg room and low backs make for an uncomfortable evening!

We went last year, we parked the car in their car park. The show was good. When we came out, the car had been broken into. Didn't report to the Auditorium or the police, as the thieves had been long gone.
I titled it "Go by taxi" as the bus service down that road is rubbish, it's in the wrong area and not serviced by enough busses.

Went to watch Blood brothers. Lovely theatre, great sets, loads of parking, drinks and snacks reasonably priced. The show itself was awesome as ever.

We have visited numerous times with a disabled relative and we always book access tickets.

The staff clearly cannot do enough for you - they are friendly, upbeat, positive and really go the extra mile. We have had the walker brought to us, they've offered to fetch refreshments for us, they've helped us support the relative out to the car, they keep coming back to check during the interval/at the end/before the show - they are lovely!

Absolutely brilliant show, well staged, music excellent. Pity local folk do not appreciate a first class show. Only half full, admittedly afternoon performance but where else are you going to see a London show for £20.

Spoilt only by attendant continuously wandering around up and down stairs! The attendant on the other side watched the audience but sat on his seat, very off putting especially as I had an aisle seat.

We have been to this venue quite a few times over the years. We think its very well laid out. Staff friendly, plenty of parking and easy to get to from the main A180. Jethro was good tonight. Drinks at the bar are quite expensive but usually are in these sort of places.
