Coming from London where so many of the parks have been colonised by the 'gentrification incomers' its a real pleasure to walk or run as i do around this park. Its in a character of its own. Love it.

its ok by day but full of druggies and alcoholics by night!! Be careful of were you walk, incase you step on a needle or many!

A good place to visit, away from the crowds. Nice and quiet to sit and enjoy the Sun. and the surroundings. The gardens also has a small paddling pool for younger visitors.

We visited People’s Park on our nostalgic visit and it was like being back in our younger days.All the good things are still there and it is so refreshing to find something that has been looked after and not modernised to the extreme.
