£10 for 2 kids aged 2 and 3 is an absolute joke should be ashamed because it’s half term doesn’t mean you should put prices up surely you’d have more kids in there then a usual school week another business that cares about money more then it’s customers

A 4th Birthday Treat
Nov 2018 • Family
Isla's choice for a pre 4th Birthday Treat. Grandchildren loved it which is the important thing. Adults shivered and had to wear outdoor coats even whilst eating. Greasy spoon type food on offer but then it's not a fine dining restaurant. ;-)

Disappointing visit.
Jun 2018 • Family
This is the second time I have been to Captain's Cove. First time was fine, however I attended yesterday and was one of the first people in.
Where I sat the floor was filthy, crumbs everywhere and not small pieces.

No one had even sat there as the chairs were still stacked. So this mess was from I presume the previous day.
Despite having a proper bean to coffee machine, the Americano coffee was awful and tasted worse than instant coffee.
My children love it there but the dirty floor has put me off. I can only guess how awful it is inside the play area.
Such a shame.

Party...felt rushed
Oct 2017 • Family
Get 2 hours for the party. Kids play in the area and then a rushed 30 minutes for food and celebrations. The staff are lovley but so tied down to times. The kids didnt even finish the savoury party food before they was taken anf forced with the jelly. The play arwa is big. There are several parts that kids have to pay for it they wish to use like the bumper cars and some of the games machines. Overall if wasnt rushed would of been better. Staff nice, play area big enough but at close to £9 a child for party would expect more

Great place for a party
Jun 2017 • Family
I booked my son's 9th party here, though I had never actually been before... I just wanted somewhere different. I was really pleased with the attentive member of staff. We were the only party in there, so there was lots of space for the 10 children to run around. There are plenty of different things to play with. There is a separate party room where the children eat. I ordered a mix of hot and cold buffet, there was plenty of food to go round. I chose mini milk for dessert. The staff also had the sense to do the cake before the children ate, as they tend to run off straight after eating. This worked well. Would recommend.

Grandchildren Love It
Aug 2016 • Family
Have visited here several times now and the grandchildren love it.
Granddaughter had white socks on and I couldn't believe how dirty they were after this last visit.
We bought coffees but I was unable to have my usual decaf latte as no one serving knew how to make it ... Two ladies not in uniform (I assume they were supervisors) were busy chatting behind the counter and obviously not training the young members of staff.

Very clean
Apr 2016 • Family
This was our first visit to the captains cove, the place was spotlessly clean. It was very busy in there, the only gripe we had was the food was slow in coming but that may well be cause it was school holidays
