We have bought from Grays before and all was fine but visited the shop recently and asked if they would be interested in buying some of our furniture and the woman seemed very interested and asked us to send photos etc of them to her, which we did, she saw them but didn't reply so we left it a few days and messaged again and once again she saw the message and didn't reply, how rude!.We even said in another message that a reply would have been polite and still no reply!, what poor customer service. It seems that they are ok when your parting with your hard earned cash but thats where it ends!, Being polite costs nothing. Maybe learn a few basic manners!!

The sofa arrived covered in dog hairs, looked like a dog was still on there, which wasn’t stated on the website. It was so dirty, they wouldn’t take it back and wanted me to pay even more money for them to take it back. Absolute rip off, I’m disgusted the way they spoke to me.

I have been here a couple of times and both times the service has been terrible. The staff are rude & unprofessional.
They are not cheap and when I offered a price, a couple of pounds cheaper than was on the ticket as the item was broken the gentleman simply said no and turned his back on me.
I also had to pass two people at the mouth of the shop smoking who didn't move even when I tried to get in the shop with my baby only to find one of them was the owners partner!
Don't waste your time visiting, you are better off getting stuff off Facebook marketplace!!!
