We visited after a lovely Easter Sunday dinner. It was a lovely day and a lovely walk. There were lots of people about due to the weather.. Would visit again when in the area.

Even though we only live 45 mins away we had not visited before. Toilets and little cafe at the visitor centre. Nice walks around, we actually extended on tracks outside the park and finished up walking 7 miles

As a family we always find that days out can get expensive and this is one of the few places we can go that is ideal for a family on a budget. It's a lovely place and we visit a lot. Highly recommended.

We often cycle here as a family to enjoy the open space, great views and wildlife. The visitors centre is great for refreshments, there are Lovely play areas and walks to enjoy with children and dogs.

Beautiful park for all. Play areas. Lakes. Dog Walking. And a cafe that is open at times when you need it! Fresh Air and so close to the Town Centre.

We visited here on a weekend just after Christmas, after looking at reviews it was just as nice as people had said. There's lots to see, there is a children's area near the car park and again further in the wooded area with a zip...More

Strolling around this park is great, it's a vast space, very close to the centre of town. The people of Melton are so lucky to have such a facility. It's a mixture of Nature reserve, childrens play area, grown ups exercise area. Allotment gardens, open...More

I have lived in Melton for some years and this park is right on my doorstep. It has multiple entry points with parking and a small visitors centre. Lots of lovely wide open spaces, lakes and the old disused railway line runs through which provides...More

There are several parking locations around the park, all depends on which way you come in. Even if you park in town, it's not a long way to walk to the park
