We visited with our little girl who is almost 2. We really enjoyed the musical instruments that we’re dotted around the woodland and the fairy labyrinth. It was very cold so we weren’t brave enough to try the barefoot walk but look forward to returning to try it again. Hand gel stations were plentiful and baby changing facilities were great. The grounds are so expansive that we didn’t get to explore the whole place so can’t wait to return again to see more. Lots for all ages so we’re certain that we’ll enjoy visiting many more times as our little one grows. Thanks for a lovely morning out :)

We were a group included Nana, Grandad, Mum, Dad and 18 month old grandchild. We, Nana and Grandad hadn't been to Conkers since the 90's when our own children were younger. The weather was great, so we decided to go out for the day and the price was just right too. When we arrived, we were treated to a quick talk explaining how the park worked. There was a one way system in place, with plenty of hand sanitiser. We used the toilets which were spotless. The indoor area has a interactive Monarch butterfly floor, which changes to daisies and sunflowers when walked across, so our toddler grandson loved this. The science Discovery Area was very interesting to walk through, as was the upstairs tree canopy walkway. We had a lot of fun with the electric buzzer game, which makes a really loud alarm sound when you fail, which all four adults did! Once we got outside, we enjoyed a picnic, after which the little one played on a JCB digger in the sand for a while. We went on the barefoot walk which was slightly uncomfortable at times but after we washed our feet and put our shoes on, felt we were walking on air! We all used aspects of the climbing frames, Assault Course area etc and the Flower Fairy Labyrinth too. We managed to forage some lovely blackberries on the trail back to the station where we waited just 5 minutes for the train to a wonderful large playground which was greatly enjoyed by all 5 of us. Both of the staff we spoke to, the young lady on reception and the train driver were very pleasant and helpful. Nana and Grandad upgraded our tickets to a yearly pass, so that we can revisit with our young grandson. Conkers is set in the National Forest so the scenery and walking was just great, there is a beautiful lake area, with lots of well distanced seating and picnic areas. We will certainly be repeating our visit to Conkers in the near future, since there were a couple of areas we didn't get around to including the 4 D Cinema, the Sensory Garden and the Soft Play area which was unfortunately closed due to covid. Thank you Conkers, we had a great day and will visit again soon!

Excellent day out for kids in the good outdoors, building dens, climbing on the activity trail, a train ride and much much more. A good place to wear the kids out. Lost a star as some bits could do with a revamp or a touch up, and the toilets were shocking.

We visited today with 8 year old twin girls who along with us loved the outdoor space and low ropes the only negative we could find was the train. The seats were been sanitised with spray but not cleaned down afterward leaving you with a very wet behind. Sadly inside did not meet expectations and our girls were quickly bored. Very out dated and run down, only a few interactive pieces worked. If your going for the outdoor space and activities this is a great place to go. Please please take a picnic there are loads of lovely places to sit and enjoy as food is way over priced.

This was the 1st time we have visited Conkers and we wasn't disappointed. A really beautiful place and despite some places being closed for Covid 19 there was still so much to see and do. The climbing things were great and the kids loved the barefoot walk. It was beautiful day and we really enjoyed visiting Conkers.
