A great place to take a stroll, walk the dog or simply sit and watch the world go by. Shops are within 5 minutes. Plenty of places to grab a drink or something to eat. Beautiful views.

Visiting friends in the town, we wondered along the slopes walking our dogs and catching up. Great views out to sea and the building were lovely too.

It's a few minutes cycle ride from my house on the sea front. I love Tankerton. It used to be on the Whitstable railway station sign. But now deleted.

Lots of benches to sit on or take a blanket to lie on. Massive vista across the sea so always something to look at -----windfarms, Maunsell Sea Forts, passing sailing vessels and swimmers to name a few. Not forgetting the colourful beach huts.

It can be busy at weekends if the weather is good but there is plenty of parking in roads off the high street which runs parallel to it and is only a few hundreds yards walk
