This was a lovely afternoon out for the whole family. My son loved the ride and seeing all the engines. Everything has been done to make people safe and everyone is very friendly. We're looking forward to going back.

My son , mother in-law and sister in-law all went to this special. Everyone had such a lovely time it was everyone's first Christmas special with santa. My son was nervous at first but warned up quickly. We all loved Santa and his wife, he looked so real, My son didn't leave saying that wasn't santa was it. Like he did at my local play group. The staff were fantastic. So welcoming to everyone. My mother and sister had never been before, they are planning their next visit, when it is running in the better weather, as they are looking forward to bringing a big picnic. The drizzle could not dampen the joy all the children experience today and it was full of truly wonderful moments, great memories made here. Great value for money. A real bargain. We all were ment to be at another stream train santa special elsewhere but we ditched that for this place. So glad we did. A little cute hidden Jen. Great for all ages we would all recommend it to anyone. We are all big kids. Very happy and tired three year old, mother and sister in-law. Little one is Sleeping hugging his new train.…

Really poor value for money. Tiny little wooden hut, stuck there for 1.25 hours with nothing to do in a mud filled smelly yard. I appreciate the history of the railway but as a santa experience this was very overpriced £13.50 for an adult? Granddaughters present was fine for the money but Santa experience not so good. Very bored waiting for the train back. Definitely a one off, never again.…

Went to visit Santa in his grotto at Sittingbourne and Kemsley light railway station. Took a while to find the train station as not very well advertised or sign posted, however once there the staff were very helpful indeed. Lovely experience on the steam train, however the views were not brilliant, but the experience on the train was great. Lovely day out for the children and very good Christmas gifts for the children to choose from too. Looking forward to returning next year.…

I have been on this fun train ride with all of my grandchildren over the years. At the end is a café with reasonable prices, and outside that there are little toys for the children to ride on. It's right by the river, so lovely views from here, and ideal for picnics. The station staff are very enthusiastic and pleasant. There is also a steam and ale day during the summer with live bands, more suitable for adults (after a crafty pint or two!), but children are allowed. There are other themed days also. I can recommend this attraction but only if weather is fine.…
