My son loves mini golf so we were pleased to discover Strokes. It looks like a small course but once you get started the 18 holes take time as they are cleverly constructed to make each hole quite challenging. It was lively to spend time with our teenage son having a laugh together at our efforts!

Family of 5 visited on the hot day of the week. Nevertheless a fun round for all of us. Mix of tricky and easy holes, as you would expect. Well maintained, friendly staff and lovely ice creams to follow. Recommended but arrive early if you want free parking in roads close by.

My husband and I always try and play crazy golf/ mini golf, whenever we go somewhere where it's available, and we've even played it where the World Championship apparently takes place, in Hastings. However, we both felt that this was the best place we've ever played at.  The beachside location is beautiful; the plantings are lovely and really well-tended; the actual course is really well maintained, with no worn patches; the challenges of each hole were varied and  exciting; the staff were delightful; and the prices incredibly reasonable, especially with the second game at half price, and the reduction for seniors.   The whole experience was a total joy, and we'll certainly go back, if we ever go back to Margate.
