A great little boozer with a lovely atmosphere. Well presented and clean. Dogs welcome (with well behaved keepers!) a real treat is the home cooked meals on Tuesday nights. (Except once a month quiz night)

Micro pub with lovely staff and a great friendly atmosphere. Beers brilliant too. Try their in house Firkin Frog brew ale. Tasty too

Since my last review in 2016 the place has changed, gone the flags and new wallpaper along with a better layout, ale and cider on pumps and a cosy area.. Music now on weekends. The ale from the Brewery who owns it no surprise there....More

The Firkin Frog has a great vibe, with a good selection of gin. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really cozy snug with big leather sofa to lounge and try an assortment of ales.
