Great location to just wonder round and chill or take the little ones to the play area. The food is passable, but then it is just a coffee shop as opposed to a restaurant. Missed opportunity for management to provide better cuisine, maybe homemade or...More

Had a lovely walk alongside the Medway estuary in the sunshine. The tide was out when we started but came in before we left and it was great to see the difference. Wish dog owners would clear up after their dogs though and keep them...More

Went for a family picnic, there are quite a few picnic tables scattered about, we sat on one near the play equipment. Play equipment good for all age groups. Walked out along the path way where there are rock pools that the children can hunt...More

I find it a beautiful place to walk at least when the tide is in. My wife loves taking photos especially of the many varieties of birds. I would have given it full marks if it wasn’t for two problems that are not the fault...More

A well maintained country park with good views across the river and a variety of wildlife. A visitor's centre for information and plenty of seats dotted around the park for those who need a rest! Badly let down however by a mediocre cafe which serves...More

It’s great to walk along the seashore, to see dogs enjoying the water, when the tide is in. Rock pools are there, if you look. Lots of birds and wildlife. Take binoculars. Good signage tells you about the flora and fauna as well as prominent...More

There's always something new to see at Riverside. great for a walk, picnic and kids play. Cafe does good business and deservedly so. Special events get very busy but are always fun. A lovely free resource for all the family in Medway.
