Handy little, unpretentious emporium in Morrison's car park.Lots to see and great refreshments.
Worth popping in for a chat and a laugh if nothing else.

My husband and I really love visiting Upstairs Downstairs whenever we find ourselves in Faversham. There's so much to see, we can spend absolutely ages looking around. I bought a beautiful Art Deco tiered cake stand this time and my husband found a few books. We had a enormous slice of cake and tea. Our teapot for two was enormous! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

This is a great find! An antique/ collectables shop with a fantastic cafe! Located near to morrisons supermarket, where we parked for free. Wonderful teacakes and hot chocolate and a lovely pot of tea, which hit the spot. We would certainly visit again.

Wondering round the antique part of this establishment was great fun remembering all the things that have been in our parents or grandparents homes.
Unfortunately the tearoom was disappointing. We were served our drinks and cake, but they had friends popping in who took all their attention, and we were not paid any more attention. It almost felt like we were intruding. Then one of the women started taking items off the shelves and dusting them, which we found an odd thing to do just before lunchtime.
It was like when you want guests to leave you get the hoover out. Real shame as we were looking forward to visiting after reading the website.

Found this place quite by accident on a trip to Morrisons - as like most people I rarely venture past the "shops" end of West Street! If you like antiques, collectibles, jewellery even some wonderful vintage and designer clothing - together with a very reasonable and top quality refreshment - this is a place I shall keep returning to because it doesn't break the bank! I have tried and can highly recommend their full afternoon tea for just £12 - as much tea/coffee as you can drink, almost too many fresh sandwiches, cream tea, and cake of choice! The tea and toasted tea cake is a bargain at £2 - I hope more people find it as everything is spot on!

Located inside the Upstairs Downstairs Antiques & Collectibles Centre, the Vintage Tea Room is a great place to sit & have tea & cake in mismatched delicate china teacups and then browse the two floors of collectibles that surround you. The 1 person teapot contained at least 3 full cups of tea and the Americano coffee was good & strong. We both opted for the cheese & bacon toastie over the selection of locally made cakes & scones but that is to take nothing away from the cakes. A friendly atmosphere and just a stone's throw from the centre of town.

Two floors packed full of vintage finds in this quaint Faversham shop. Small headroom downstairs with cake and good English tea! It's opened 7 days a week from 10am lots of bits and pieces available and it is wonderful for strolling through. Enjoyable for antique lovers.
