Our first visit to this pretty town happened to be on a Saturday and the street markets were in full flow. So many stalls to look at with something for everyone. We parked for free near the quay and spent a pleasant hour wandering and browsing the stalls. Definitely a return visit is needed.

One of the best Antiques Market and Street Markets in the South East of Kent. Lively. Interesting. And on in all weather! Always worth a trip as there are plenty of cool cafes and eateries

This market has been closed due to COVID for some time now and has not reopened as yet. The local authorities have not updated the website and consequently lots of shoppers turned up on the first Sunday in May expecting the usual great outdoor antique and vintage market only to be disappointed. The decision to stay closed buffaloed lots of visitors as th epochal Detling Antique Fair had opened two weeks prior. I do hope the LA updates the website informing everyone as to wether the market will b expensive on the first Sunday in June.

Went on a wintry day, but not much to see. Faversham town is full of dmsl shops, which are interesting. Found the eateries were a tad expensive though.

The weather was not as good as it might have been so not all the stalls were in use. Some interesting bits and pieces but mostly large items.

More a flew market. It’s ok , but if you look for antiques, it is not there. Enjoyed passing through on a free Sunday. But could not find real interesting vintage items. Only few

There's no indication whether this is every day of the week, once a month... Guess it would get a more visitors if that was made known.

Hoping to arrive at the Faversham market Sunday May 6 mid to late morning.
a) What are the hours of operation for that day, please?
b) Is it correct to say about an hour there is an unrushed allotment while on our touring day?
