This is well worth a visit if you are visiting Faversham. There is plenty of opportunity to browse and buy, of course, but most of all you can absorb the atmosphere. It was good to see local produce for sell and for tasting before you...More

Faversham is well worth a visit if you are in east Kent. This is a historic town with many impressive buildings. The parish church is interesting and has some unique medieval paintings on one of its pillars. The market on Saturdays is vibrant with many...More

A really varied selection of stalls spread throughout the old central part of Faversham, selling inexpensive clothes, food, old tools, antiques etc. Worth a browse as you are wandering through.

Slightly surprised by the singular lack of Christmas items on sale. The market is ok but lacks anything unique or fascinating. The French cheese and dried meat man was the best It’s ok I guess

Great selection of food and gifts 🎁 in a fabulous town, it’s free and beats most of the craft markets that charge, a must see.

Great market in a lovely picturesque setting. Faversham is a greatly underestimated town with loads to offer and a day out here is well worth it. The stalls are selling everything from hand made crafts to a mobile vinyl record shop (John's vinyl experience) !...More

Faversham provides great experiences, the Hop Festival this year was the best! Gone are the tacky stalls, here are great local food experiences, and for the beer/cider drinkers, great local tastings. The music was excellent too, and it is rarely all FREE! Well done Faversham.

Love this fortnightly treat on Saturdays and the market keeps refreshing with new sellers to tempt. I particularly love the local themed art and craft and I always show the market off to family and friends when they visit. My treasure this week included some...More
