Lovely friendly ticket staff

We went here to pick up our tickets for the "Deal Nobody Knows" walk as part of "The Deal Festival". The staff were helpful and friendly.

Be it an 80's disco, artists' open studio/ art and craft fair, record sale, comedy show, performing arts or just a catch up coffee in the astor's bar/diner then this is a venue to go to. Just off the high street which won awards a couple it years back, it is a central venue.

Lovely place, wish all theatres were like this! Friendly local feel, old fashioned yet up to date! VERY INTIMATE BUT IN NO WAY INTIMIDATING! Parking nearby, refreshments without the terrible ques of the big theatres. This theatre have many events including plays, bands, group meetings... just about anything. I highly recommend this little venue! A MUST SEE IN DEAL!

I have been to several shows here. The seating isn't a,ways comfortable but the performances are great. There is a good variety of shows, bands, comedians and farmers markets.antiques fairs. The last event was the monthly farmers market.

This is the second time we travelled from Folkestone to see this band play here. A fantastic night. Music brilliant and the atmosphere great. The Astor theatre is a nice small venue which makes all the entertainment there very personal. Can't wait to see something else there soon.

The Astor has a wide variety of entertainment for all ages and buying tickets is so easy with their helpful volunteers to advise and help. I've just booked lots of shows and talks but beware, there is a £1 charge for cards and tickets are non refundable. Still very good value though and it's well worth celebrating and using such... Visited this Theatre many times and have always enjoyed the events we chose to see, last time was The Royal Marines Panto which contains a adult humour theme with some interaction with the audience, also keep an eye open for coming attractions as many well known acts do appear here. There is a nice bar area for drinks before and... More

We shared a Friday night out at an Abba Tribute band. All the band, staff and fellow dancers were such a refreshing change. Everybody appeared to be enjoying themselves...the dancing was contagious, and the bands Abba and the following 60 70 group were captivating. Well done the Astor, you really know how to put on a night out!!!
