When it comes to customer service of any kind, I demand professionalism. This is why I continue to work with BodyWell. My back sustained a severe injury whilst competing in semi-professional sports. My wife and I wanted to find a specialist that embodied credibility, trustworthiness, detail orientation, and client focus. I've been working with BodyWell for almost a year now and can say that the team meets the aforementioned criteria. In all my dealings, the team members are experienced in their relative fields, are thorough and meticulous in their work, and clearly care about me and my needs. I highly recommend BodyWell and have done so to family and friends.

After 12 years of attending Bodywell, and my wife has for 17 years I feel we are well placed to share this outstanding review. I was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease at 55 and I am convinced Bodywell has helped me stay well, write 4 books, speak at the UN and at conferences in the UK and US. We have benefitted from the weekly adjustments, deep tissue massages, diet and nutrition advice and positive thinking. I totally recommend it to everyone.

I have been undergoing regular treatment, 2-3 times a week for nearly 2 months, at the centre. The staff have been exceptionally helpful and appear more than competent in their area of expertise. I have made good progress under the care of Christian and as a result I have extended my treatment for several more months.

My husband (a retired GP, aged 82) and I (a retired general nurse, midwife, health visitor and occupational health nursing consultant, aged 84) discovered Bodywell, just outside Canterbury, in 2022, as a result of the gift of a Groupon Voucher for a back massage each.
Our initial impression of the BodyWell Clinic was of a very professional healthcare business, in a delightful building and setting, with positive health messages everywhere, as well as many informative leaflets and regular updating newsletters displayed.
After our first massage and learning more about the potential for improved health and well-being offered by the BodyWell Clinic we were convinced that we needed to become members and to attend regularly, in order to help sort out a number of our long-term back and related problems. We had found somewhere really positive, focused on health and well-being, where all the kind and caring staff are committed to our progress, including improvements in posture, relief of disability and discomfort and nutrition - nothing is too much trouble for them.
Our initial assessment included high tech equipment - X-rays of our spines (showing where the spine has deviated from normal ), photographs of our posture, nerve scans and a check of the different weight distribution on each foot.
Chiropractic adjustments, by Dr Christian, an extremely compassionate , caring and experienced professional, were then started, on a regular twice weekly basis, along with, on each occasion, a back massage and stretching of all the main arm and leg muscles etc. with special attention to problem areas.
The chiropractic adjustments have resulted in my being able to walk further, in greater comfort and faster. I no longer use a walking stick. My husband is also feeling substantial benefits.
The treatments are not cheap, but we are paying for expert care, and we believe it is worth investing in our physical and mental well-being..

Bodywell.
As name suggests my body has well improved.
I went as a spectator and was impressed.
Not sorry I signed up and although can’t heal my arthritic hips they have given me confidence to walk again.
Dr Christian is a very dedicated committed doctor and his staff are all supportive.

I would highly recommend bodywell. The staff are very friendly, professional and welcoming. I particularly like how they greet you with your name. Nice personally touch. I initially went to see Dr Christian with neck pain that I have had for the last 20 years, been to see numerous doctors , consultants and Physiotherapists over the years and spent 1000's of pounds on different drugs. None of them corrected the problem, just masks it. I toyed with going to see a chiropractor for years but was unsure about going in to just have my neck cracked with out real understand why it was hurting in the first place. After having my full spine health check, Dr Christian was able to start my treatment and begin to realign my spine, and for the first time in 20 years the pain is subsiding and some days no neck pain.

With severe lower back pain and having tried several chiropractic clinics, I went to BodyWell in Canterbury as I had read great reviews online. After a thorough consultation with Dr Christian which included X-Rays, Nerve Scans, 3D foot scans and a conversation about my medical history and nutrition, I realised this was the right place for me to be. It was established that I had a lower back disc bulge which would require me to have regular adjustments.
I have been very pleased with the progress. Dr Christian and his team have always made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked into the clinic. There is always additional advice on offer for those that need it, and I had many different options to help manage my pain.
BodyWell has a great team of helpful professionals. For a period, I saw Dr Tracy who offered a different approach to Dr Christian which helped me enormously. I also saw Luke for regular massages which aided towards my recovery.
Overall, I am very pleased with the help and care BodyWell offers and I would highly recommend them.

I went to BodyWell with a lower pain problem and they were more then helpful to get me sorted. The staff are all friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone with back problems.

After many years of dealing with the NHS regarding both upper and lower back problems I finally have a clear understanding of what I’m dealing with thanks to the BodyWell Group.
Coming to the realisation of how poor the levels of NHS treatment are has been an eye opener; they all too often prescribe anti-inflammatory pills or injections.
BodyWell has taken a personal interest in all aspects of my health and I feel supported/encouraged as I work on making lifestyle changes.
I would recommend anyone struggling with back problems to at least have an initial consultation to better understand an underlying cause.

Everyone is always proffesional and kind.
I used a face book offer to have initial scans on my feet, my electrical outputs and xrays of my spine and my poor spine is not in a good condition. Here then started my journey with bodywell and my body is improving due to the team that is Dr Cristrian and also the guys that complete the passive streatching and massarge.
Dr Christian may ask you to clean live (cut out wheat etc) that is for your benefit.
The reception staff are also lovley.
I now have my husband going who has cognative issues and his whole demeaner is changing and his body positioning is changing
