We enjoyed our visit to see the many layouts on show. They are heavily biased towards European displays and the whole thing could do with a good clean. Sadly the owners are trying to sell the business.
It’s just about ok value for 15 quid for family of 4...although it’s debatable. In half an hour you’ve probably seen it all. Staff grunmpy. My 4 year old made the mistake of shifting his viewing stool with his foot, rather than picking it up....More
I've passed this place several times in the past without going in as it doesn't look particularly exciting from the outside. Today I went it.
Wow, what I've been missing. Lots and lots and lots of modelling details, and plenty of train activity (you have...More

We've tried to visit this attraction at Victoria near Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight at least four times but have never found it open.
Sorry guys ...we've tried !
We'll try again when we re-visit Norton Grange again in September.
Always visit when I come to the IoW. I love the details - it's no longer just about watching the trains but trying to find all the hidden details (man in a hole, a lady being painted, a man hailing a taxi etc) It will...More

Hi, There is no fee for parking when we went. However, all the attractions have an entry fee. You can buy a "group" ticket that gives you a reduced price for entering 2 or 3 attractions or you can just visit the attraction you want, i.e. the model railway. As I remember it was around £4+ per adult and a little less for the children. It was well worth it and if you have children in the 5-14 range they will be enthralled with the layout and the little quiz the owners have devised for the children. It is obviously great for the older child (20+) especially if you like railways!!
