Visited this Aquarium on holiday with my ex boyfriend last year (2015), it's very small and quite a lot of money considering. The fish were really cool though it just needs a refurbishment and more tanks to be worth wile. Enjoyed our visit however.

Intelligent people loved this small but very specialist aquarium, with mainly UK specimens, rather than exotic creatures from other shores. For those who have a love of UK nature and wanted to find out about the hidden ecology off the Island, it was the ideal place to go. For parents who want to give their kids a real education, this... Sadly it's closed for good after 31 years There is still the model railway there but sadly we didn't have time to visit. There is also a cafe on site which is open

We recently visited the aquarium whilst on holiday. It cost us £7 to get in for 2 adults the baby was free. It has a range of sea creatures and mostly found off the shores of the island itself. Be warned its small it takes all of 10/15 mins to walk the whole thing but I was aware of this... More

This aquarium is very small and shows various fish, crabs and a few other things. We were able to walk round it within 10mins. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

This is a small aquarium but contains some fascinating local fish and there are clear descriptions of the fish.

It cost £3.50 per adult,it lasted all of 10 minutes and that's because we doodled for 5 minutes,to get our monies worth. You'd see more at a aquatic shop and it's free. Not worth the visit.

As a fisherman I really enjoyed their exhibits, so many different types of fish, rays, sharks to name but a few, and to see them alive in their own environment

I keep cold water and have kept marine & tropical fish, and sea fish for a hobby, so I was interested in visiting. Did not meet expectations. Very small. 10minute visit. Common small local fish in grubby tanks and a few tropical. Have seen better displays for free. Expensive at £3 each - 10 mins and out again. Don’t bother.
