Small but fun
Sep 2021 • Couples
Firstly there isn't much here in terms of things to see or space but you can do things like walk a ferret, hold a bird or hold a snake which all cost £5 or less. So for that alone it was fun but don't come here expecting to see a zoo! It's a small team with a small selection.

Brilliant visit with my granddaughter.
Sep 2021 • Family
Visited with my granddaughter for her birthday, it was a wonderful experience made even better by the brilliant knowledge, care and friendliness of Coal she was excellent and a true asset to the centre. My granddaughter Tallulah could not contain her excitement in telling her mother all about flying the hawks and handling the snakes and tarantula. She is now desperate to go again. Thank you very much Coal.

No shows available
Sep 2021
Despite advertised shows none were available that day.
They claimed the nearby IOW steam train asked them not to.

Bird of prey experience with Cole
Sep 2021 • Couples
We went for the bird of prey experience this morning with Cole, the young falconer, who has vast knowledge of the birds and great passion for her job. We were able to have several birds land on our gloved arms,it was a lovely experience, and I would recommend this activity even for non bird lovers,as you may become one after.
We also went to watch the show on the woodland stage,a young lad, think his name is Max,also very informative and enjoyable. He was great too.
Brilliant thing to enjoy-special thanks to Cole for making it special.
This is a lovely little birds of prey centre, the staff are great and very passionate about what they do ,and well worth a visit.

Fantastic day went too fast
Sep 2021 • Couples
Had the best day ever. A falconry display with the finale of 4 black Kites flying to music. So emotional I must admit I did cry. It’s a shame I couldn’t video it or buy a dvd of such magnificent birds. This was followed by A great steam train journey. Then to complete a wonderful day a walk around the birds of prey. The staff are fantastic and great to speak to. Handling a Harris Hawk was a dream come true. I will definitely be going back. Well worth the money. Thank you one and all

A Non Event
Sep 2021
The woman in the ticket office gave out so much information that was irrelevant, ended selling us one ticket, even though she knew we were together, had to return to the ticket office to purchase another. This is a very overated event and found the 'facilities' throughout very dull and boring.
I would not recommend this as a 'must see' event.

Hawk Walk with Josh & Cole
Sep 2021
My son & daughter went for a Hawk Walk with Josh & Cole - they really enjoyed the experience and there was plenty of opportunities to interact with the birds.

Josh is very knowledgable - really knows his stuff - and very happy to answer any questions.

Would definitely recommend giving this place a visit!

A wonderful experience and pleasant day out.
Sep 2021 • Friends
Booked an Owl Experience for the four of us and had one of the best days on the Isle of Wight. Keely was so informative and friendly, letting us get up close and hold the Owls. For anyone who is interested in birds of prey, ot just want to walk a ferret, this is the place for you. Thanks to all who work, look after and care for these birds at the Haven Falconry for a very enjoyable day out.

Nice little place
Sep 2021 • Friends
Small but nice little display, staff were friendly and happy to answer all your questions. Thank you Cole!

We went only for falconery due to time constraint, little over priced 7.50£
for an adult entry, but I guess covid made everything pricey!

Make it a day trip with steam rail combo, tickets are half price.
