A great day out all round

Jayne What a wonderful day! Free parking. Free entry. There were loads of stalls too. Vintage knitted items/jumpers, militaria, vintage bricabrac, greetings cards, jewellery, handmade wooden things, soya candles, dog coats, baby clothes, and lots of other things. There were some gorgeous cakes inc. Gluten free ones, hot lunches, cream teas and some veggie or meat Nammet pies that the lady running the fair had devised herself. It was a lovely friendly atmosphere and most of the stall holders were happy to chat and gave you a friendly smile. There were stalls outside with a lovely vintage funfair for the little ones. We’ll be going again for certain. It’s right on the main road so you can’t miss it and so easy to get to. Next time we’re going to walk down to the church (St. Mildred’s) that was where Queen Victoria’s family worshipped and I think got married.

Went to the Vintage and Retro Fayre with my friend. Easy parking, lovely stalls and crafts, friendly people and yummy food. I bought some beautiful candles, vintage jewelry and even a Christmas stocking for the dog !!! Great way to while away a few hours. Looking forward to their Christmas Fayre in December.
