We are frequent visitors to Gadebridge Park. It is a lovely, well tended open space. We love the crazy golf and our boys love playing on the equipment. The walled garden is stunning and the memorial garden is a beatiful place to sit quietly, reflecting. Hemel is lucky to have such a wonderful place

Great space to walk and let the kids just run. great little playground too, with free parking. Also it is a quick walk through to Old Hemel High Street, for coffee and cake.

My husband and I took a stroll in Gadebridge Park on a sunday afternoon. I wanted to walk on the level as I was recovering from an operation. It was very pleasant indeed. It was lovely to see lots of people enjoying the summer sun, children messing about with fishing nets in the ri er Gade and families having picnics.... More

We loved our visit to this beautiful park and thoroughly enjoyed a family picnic, three generations together having a special day. Free parking was great.

We visited for a Family Fun Day with which we were involved. It went on from 12-5, with preparations from 9.00 am on 31st July. There were a lot of people there, including the Mayor & his wife. This is a lovely facility for the area, which appears to be well used. I do not live in Hertfordshire. There is a... More

Unlike London parks, Gadebridge is not overcrowded. Plenty of open space and great place to walk in. Charming features include the stunning, colourful walled garden bursting with flowerbeds, also the Forget-me-not garden. The park is right next to the scenic Old Town with it's quaint pubs, cafes and shops and St Mary's church with it's elegant spire. After a long stroll,... More

it would be nice if the local council did something with the park like a splashpark and perhaps a beach during the summer & little café, other towns have events which would be nice making more use of the park rather than a place to walk dogs.

Lovely spacious fields with lots of parking. It's ideal because you have the fields, park and a brilliant skate park all in one place . Very close to the town centre.

The park is a great place to visit with dogs, as there are paths, a clean stream to paddle through, and lots of beautiful old trees. For families, there is a children's play area, and lots of picnic tables to sit at. Plenty of flat areas for ball games, and a regular ice cream van. The flowers are pretty throughout... More

Enjoyed walking around park. Saw a steeple in the distance after parking in the carpark. Walked to the church and then noticed we were right by the old town so walked through the streets there for about 15 mins then back to the park where we sat on a park bench and had a cup of tea and a snooze...
