Having watched the kids have skiing lessons we took the plunge and booked a beginners 5 hour course. Everyone we met at the centre was incredibly helpful and Dan, our instructor got the measure of our group and was able to tailor the day to suit everyone's needs without being pushy or hindering anyone and always giving tips on how... On our doorstep in Hemel this is a great place to teach the kids to ski. They must have either group or private lessons until they are signed off as ready for the main slope but once they are you can take advantage of the great value monthly pass. The bar upstairs is great and the kids always have a... More

We visited the centre today with a 2 and 3 year old to use the snow garden. Online it says there are 'fun features including a mini snow slide' and 'let them experience the magic of snow'........we arrived to see it was just an ice slide with rings to go down in. The snow was so compacted into ice there... More

Fabulous experience, great for summer skiing, good for keeping my granddaughter up to skills after her ski school in France in February. Staff friendly & helpful. Just wish the little ones could use the training slopes.

All staff were helpful here and the equipment was of good quality. Plenty of room and hasn't ever been to over crowded each time we have been.

I normally go skiing in the Alps, but not being able to go this year, I chose to go to the snow centre. I was defiantly impressed. Firstly, I noticed how clean everything is. Secondly, there are good quality ski boots, skis, and poles. The snow is soft and the slope of just about perfect for a two hour skiing... More

When I first heard about their summer ski pass deal I didn't believe it so had to ring them to verify. An unlimited amount of skiing for 4 people at any time within any summer month for 139 of our British pounds? Too good to be true? No. Just amazing and will have been 4 times by the end of... More

A great place for learning all the basics of skiing before taking to the slopes. Good value lessons available particularly in the summer time.

My husband and I visited on Sunday 21st with 2 children aged 3 & 5 to use the Snow Garden as my youngest was to young to take part in the ringo/sledging session. We didn't know what to expect but we were kind of hoping to maybe build a snowman etc. However on arrival we discovered that it was a... More

Booked a snowboarding day, had 2 instructors in the group which was great. Have been skiing when i was young but never tried snowboarding. Good experience, worth the price, great food included and cool instructors which were great at teaching with an understanding pace. Will attend a 2 hour lessons to progress in future.
