10 of us had the private dining area (caters for 16 I'm guessing) it was perfect as we had very young children. The staff couldn't do enough to accommodate our requirements. Laura who served us was very professional and made our family occassion run smoothly.

When I booked for my birthday with my girlfriend and i the gentleman (James) was very polite. When we arrived the greeting staff (Nikki) was very polite and helpful. The surroundings are fab and welcoming. The food and service were second to none. Highly recommended for any families, groups ect x

Very poor meal. Went for lunch yesterday. I ordered a salad which came in a warm plate so I returned it. When the waitress brought it back I realised half of the ingredients were missing so I had to send it back again. When I did get what I ordered it wasn’t very nice the asparagus was hard and it didn’t taste very good.
My friend had a burger that was very dry and the bun was burnt.
The only redeeming thing was that the desserts were good. Vermeer Brûlée, chocolate brownie and Eaton Mess
I definitely won’t be going back. Very disappointed

Arrived at the time given (18.45) showed to a table in the garden, did ask if we could have one in the sun but that was refused! We was told someone would come along and take our drinks order 30 minutes later we decided we’d had enough of being ignored and left.
There was a party of 18 young women ( how is that following government guidelines) this party was getting a lot of the staffs attention, photos taken for them, blankets wrapped around them, many drinks served to their tables whilst other tables ignored.
We sat on the first table (130) so all the staff were walking past us throughout!
Couple arrived after us they sat on decking by entrance got drinks and food, then we decided that we’d had enough!

Booked WAY in advance due to covid restrictions. First pint out of lockdown. Got shown to a table in the shade, asked to change to lawn, everyone basking in the sunshine! Told no, have to sit at this freezing shady table under a dirty plastic canopy. There was a table in the sun literally 2 meters away unoccupied, one of many in the sun unoccupied. Told no, you can’t move. Staff stand of fish and not willing to try to improve our experience. If we’d just turned up I’d understand but we booked way in advance and there was no option to choose tables in specific areas, so luck of the drawer! We didn’t order food as a result and won’t come back despite coming here lots in the past for meals and meeting friends.

As family we have been coming here however last 2 times we have been very disappointed quality of the food and the way that it’s been serviced by the chef’s
Only things that has been served properly is the ready made food and deserts, rest of cooking its not fresh or not cook properly.
Very disappointed and we will not return back again.

Went here for our anniversary meal. Was recommended by a friend. The service was good as was the food. Wasn't rushed even though it was fairly busy. Will be returning.

Visited for a bite to eat for lunch on Sunday. Usually cannot fault it here and would give 5*, however not up to scratch this time. Food took 25 mins to arrive (the table next to us, also with 2 people, received their food 10 mins before us and they ordered after us!). We ordered halloumi fries and duck croquettes to start. The duck croquettes were cold in the middle and inedible. The halloumi fries were piping hot, so we ate these. No check back during our starter. We told the waitress when she came to take the plates away and she gave a half-hearted apology and took it away. The mains were fine, however once again no check back. I'd always expect a check back anyway, however even more so as I had cause to complain about he starter. A real shame, as usually have great service here. The waitress that served us (I won't name her here, however please let me know if you'd like me to get in touch with further details) needs further customer service training, as it's so easy to turn a negative experience into a positive!
