We visited for 45 mins. It's a good quality play centre in the middle of the Galleria shopping centre. Reasonable entry fees. Professional staff that maintain safety of the children, makes a nice change from most play centres we visit. No toilets on site, you have to leave and regain entry (no cost). Play equipment is best for the over... More

This is a well supervised and safe place for children to have fun, during adults shopping trips. The kids love it and make many new friends there. Whilst their parents, aunts, uncles and grandparents can relax with a drink and watch from the seating. Well worth a visit.

They have extended since we last visited and its a big play area. A lot of kids but enough to accommodate. They could do with making the little kids section a bit bigger. An hour of play for £10 for my two kids under 5. Cant complain and a costa coffee on site. More seating needs to be sorted but... More

I took my three children on a Saturday afternoon, they are age 4, 4 and 7 so were off and running as soon as their shoes were off! As others have said, it gets very busy (although the Galleria was unusually busy that day) but I didn't have any trouble finding a seat. It helped that I was on my... More

The only negative is that you can not leave the children at this venue (without parents). The hour allocation is reasonable but the children would like to stay longer. Staff are proactive and actually supervising the children.

£4 per child per hour - and all they had was two tiny little tykes slides and a couple of cars on a mat - not worth visiting until they can use the bigger stuff.

We were very disappointed that there was hardly anything to do for our 2 year old. There was a little slide, an empty ball pit (i think thats what it was supposed to be) and a soft play area that just had a tatty mat on the floor. Quite surprising that you pay £4 and then just have to walk... More

Stumbled upon this whilst staying overnight in nearby hotel with 3 year old son. He loves climbing and soft play after a 3 hour travel from Manchester he wanted to stretch his legs and so we paid our £5 and was issued with a wrist tag for my son to wear to show he had paid. As I'm sure it... More

My daughters did enjoy playing but you only get an hour and cost me £11 for two children, also if they need to go to the toilet, you have to leave as there is no toilets there
