Seems there will be a new public halls soon in Rothamstead Park. Hope the new build injects some oomph into the organisation running the facility. They get some really good acts and charge reasonable prices but a recent event was marred by very poor spund...More

Visited recently to see a production of South Pacific. We travelled 25 miles to see this production and were hugely disappointed, not with the production but the venue. The seating was so uncomfortable, fold up chairs with horrible plastic backs. This venue is definately not...More

This venue had double booked our panto seats and as a result ruined my daughters 10th birthday outing.

As far I understand it, the Halls will be demolished towards the end of next year. Let’s hope the new theatre complex is just as good, if not better!

Seating is not the most comfortable I have been in. Confiscating bottles of water at the door and then being able to purchase bottles of water inside the door appears to be a RIP OFF.

Went to watch From The Jam last month at the Harpenden Halls. There was enough room to move around and 2 places to buy your drinks from. An enjoyable evening and would go and watch an event there again.
