Great spa. Massages were fantastic. Staff very professional. Products lovely. Pool nice, but the water could be a bit warmer for my liking. More newspapers/magazines would be great (only Daily Mail). Changing rooms great too. Finance said gym good too. Walk from the room a bit long, but you can take a free shuttle that brings you there in no time. Please replace the plastic cups with some environmentally friendly cups!!!

I wouldn’t just book a spa visit as I think it’s a lot of money for what you get, but staying at the hotel this is lovely to relax and enjoy. Black pool is different, jacuzzi was great, shame it turns itself off now and again for 10 mins. Steam great temperature. Facilities in changing rooms brilliant.

I have the pleasure of getting access to this health spa from time to time and what a joy it is. The centre piece is the swimming pool, with its high wooden beamed ceiling, a really classy place to swim or lounge around. Additional facilities are a small but well equipped gym and an exercise studio, plus a large number of treatment rooms. There are two two different jacuzzis, single sex saunas off the changing rooms and a steam room next to the pool. There are two rating facilities: firstly, a juice bar in the foyer which also serves good, healthy but expensive food and health drinks. There’s another restaurant near the treatment rooms. The staff are excellent, all friendly and endlessly helpful. This is a great facility, very much at the top end of the market.

Did enjoy my day, great massage with hot stones followed by nice lunch. Staff very attentive. Took the opportunity to use relaxing steam rooms and sauna. Spa is spotlessly clean. Will return next month for body wrap.Highly recommend. Obviously not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Visited the Grove on a spa weekend stay over. Best massage I have ever had! Absolutely amazing. Pool slightly cold the only issue encountered.
