Great to see the Heath being restored, and more habitat being created for Sand Lizards and Smooth Snakes. Heathland biodiversity is so important to save our climate and the invasive Scots Pine trees were starting to take over! Lovely heathland walks, spotting Dartford Warblers, Crossbills, and Woodlark. The Rangers have done such a great job despite being all the lockdowns putting so much pressure on the park. The shop has been refurbished and has lots of lovely eco-friendly gifts, and there are lots of new picnic benches around the play area and wildlife pond. Great work guys!

Nice walks, good parking and helpful staff. Easy to find and near Ringwood. They have an dog wash machine as well but we did not use it.

Years ago this park was in the very capable hands of Mr S Davies, and in many ways it was delightful, but since then the management has deteriorated along with the park itself. It's now an okay kind of place if you have nothing better to do, but its not worth going out of your way for. The cafe really is the pits. It is a shabby experience staffed by indifferent loll-abouts of surly attitude and poor manners. The food, we had soup, was truly awful. I left most of it. It was vile and best described as gloop. The lavatory was probably the best part of the visit. I needed to go, I went, and then got the hell out of there!

First thing to be aware of is the car park charge. This will add £1.50 minimum to your bill. If I'd known I'd have gone elsewhere. The best point about the cafe is the Covid safety. This is well managed; the downside is the coldness of the place as door and window were open when I visited. Still, I can live with that. Coffee wasn't bad - not the best but acceptable. Friendly young staff. Plastic chairs very uncomfortable. Trestle tables make the place feel makeshift. Toilets in a neighbouring block are disgusting. With all the car park revenue why can't they be kept clean? I won't be going back.

Great place to start the day! Used to regularly walk our dogs here finishing with coffee and cake in the cafe, now we visit for breakfast! Current government guidelines are followed carefully. Good service and good food!
