What a gem. The park has activities for all ages and abilities. You can price your day out accordingly depending on your budget. Children's activities are numerous some free some you pay for but you can have a cheap day by just paying car parking and taking your own food. It does get busy at peak times. Amenities include Go... Been round this park and lake, visited the steam model railway and played golf at the nearby course. There's so much to offer for all families both young and old.

I first started going to Moors Valley Country Park nearly 30 years ago when it had just started offering a natural play area, lovely walks and a warm log fire in the one small cafe/barn. I had two small children and a baby and it was truly a little piece of heaven. We would go for walks and play after... More

Brilliant time here loved the train and the stations! Park areas brilliant too!!! Loved walking on all the trails and the high wooden bridge looking over the forest!!! So much for the kids to do here with all the play stop off areas in the forest!!!!! Brilliant gift shop too! Definitely coming back again!

We first visited Moors Vally nearly 20 years ago whilst living in Portsmouth. We now live in Oxford and My daughter is now an adult living in Salisbury with a family of her own. We came here a couple of weekends ago. Still incredibly good value for money. Pet friendly. Suitable for all ages. Plenty of places to have a... More

What a great place to spend a day with the family and dog. Not heard of the place until passing doing deliveries as I don't live anywhere near it but have since been back a couple of times for the day. I don't understand the bad reviews on the price of parking as keeping a place like this maintained cannot... More

We travelling from north of this place so stopped here in the way down into the new forest. Car park is large, cheap to park in winter and pay at the end. Ignore anyone saying it's expensive - small price to pay for a free walk around?!? Toilets on site, train on the weekends, big play area. We took a... More

I found the signs for car park payment different from the Website annoying as i stopped my walk as its so expensive ( winter is cheaper) There was also a board next to machines with the more expensive prices ...so i didn't actually... Excellent day out even during a grey damp January. Little one loves the stick man trail and the play trail. Lots of family memories made.
