Still my favourite place!! Protected, wild life (Ponies) and lots of unknown areas!!

From the age of 4, when we used to camp here before Campsites existed, I have adored the new forest! If you go to the hotspots of Lyndhurst / Brockenhurst etc. It will be busy with traffic jams in peak seasons. But they are worth seeing. Outside of these, there are many areas that can be accessed, by car then... More

There are plenty of places to park and take walks. Those parts where there are a lot of trees are beautiful at this time of the year with the autumn... More

The best place to be if you love scenery, peace and the wonderful forest ponies. Lots of lovely little villages like Burley with its quaint shops and ponies outside.

Tea shop , antique shop then walk through the scrubland took a photo amongst the wooded area ( perfect English woodland ) People do walk dogs around so if you have dog phobia. Be aware. Free roaming donkeys , ponies and cattle also . I... More

What a gem! We had a fantastic day out! It super amazing to see the wild ponnies that are super friendly and kept wanting to be fed😂. The scene is absolutely brief taking. The drive between Lyndhurst and Beaulieu was absolutely amazing! The kids called it a road trip and spotted cows, donkeys, more ponnies and chickens on the way.... More

Could just drive around all day! Beautiful scenery, calm surroundings. Amazing to visit when you live in a city as just want a bit of natural surroundings around you. Will be returning to visit the different months however, autumn sure will be hard to beat!
