- UKUKPaul18 contributionsFun and beautiful surroundingsWhat a great place! Fun and beautiful surroundings. They know how to run a park. Impeccable and I wish other parks would learn from them. It is generally a more premium experience then the larger entertainment chain parks.Dear UKUKPaul Thank you for your five star review of Paultons Park. We are thrilled to hear of your enjoyment of the park and are delighted that the overall presentation and operations of the park mean that you feel that Paultons provides a premium and unique experience to guests visiting us. - Jane wAylesbury, United Kingdom8 contributionsFun for all, clean tidy and well displayed .Had a fabulous day, something for everyone. Didn't understand why doors open at 10am but rides don't open til 10.30am. Closes too early 4.30pm could have easily gone til 5.30pm. The Halloween 🎃 displays are fabulous & the park, rides & toilets are so clean. Well worth the 2 hr driveDear Cidhkiddjoud, Many thanks for taking the time and trouble to leave a review for Paultons. We are thrilled you and your family enjoyed your day at the Park and you were able to find something fro everyone. Paultons has over 70 rides and attractions including animals, gardens, play areas and splash parks, so we are confident we have something for all ages to enjoy. On occasions we do let guests enter the Park earlier than the advertised ride opening times to manage the waiting times at the turnstiles. Our closing times also vary depending on the time of year and peak/off peak periods. It's great to hear our Halloween displays are fabulous! During our Halloween event you can also see The Legend of Paultons Manor show and also meet Pickles the Pumpkin and the rest of the spirit squad characters too. Cleanliness is also of high importance to us and our dedicated Cleaning Team are always working hard to ensure that the Park is clean, tidy and ready to welcome our valued guests, so we are delighted that you noticed this during your visit. Again, we thank you for leaving a review for Paultons Park and we do hope that we are able to welcome you and your family back to the Park soon. - CaraMacPortsmouth, United Kingdom52 contributionsExcellent for young families but pricey!I love Paultons Park, I think it's a wonderful place for young children. We have been each year around October time for our son's birthday and it's a perfect time to come, the weather is great, the park is absolutely stunning. I can't praise the ground keepers enough, it truly is a beautiful place to walk around. We were a bit nervous this year having read previous reviews about measuring children at the gate, our just turned 4 year old measured at 98cm at home and we saw them turn a lot of people away. But we got to the front of the queue and he 'passed the height test' to our relief. So make sure you check, check and check again at home before you come thinking you might get away with it. This year we also had the addition of our 6 month old and was a bit worried she would be stuck in the pram for most of the day but nope, there was plenty she could go on as well! Just make sure you take a baby carrier if you have one as it comes in real handy. We literally had the best day and stayed right up until closing time, we couple easily have stayed longer. Now my only real grumble is the price. Compared to other similar attractions Paultons Park is so, so expensive. Hence why we normally only come once a year, next year when we have to pay for our 4 year old it'll cost us £167 for a family of 4 and soon when our baby is taller it'll cost well over £200. That just isn't affordable. We can go to Legoland or Chessington for £100 on their toddler ticket offer. We live fairly local and feel that if Paultons Park were more budget friendly or did 2 for 1 deals or something then we would go more often.Dear CaraS235, Thank you for your kind feedback and providing Paultons with a review following your recent visit. We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your return visit and to learn that the Park had something for everyone in your party. Thank you for your lovely comments regarding our Grounds and Gardens Teams. They work very hard to ensure the Park is looking it's best to welcome our guests and we will certainly be sure to pass on your kind comments to the them via their Management Team. At Paultons we are very proud of the value for money we are able to provide our guests and the services we offer. Admission tickets to Paultons includes over 70 rides and attractions covering Paultons Park, Tornado Springs, Lost Kingdom and Peppa Pig World therefore offering a full day's entertainment across a 140 acre site. We are however sorry to hear that you felt this was not the case when you visited. Again, we thank you for taking the time and trouble to leave Paultons Park a review and we look forward to welcoming you and your family back again next season. It was Spotlessly clean, everything was tidy, fresh & colourful. Didn’t see one piece of litter. Loads of good rides for all ages. Everything was working and queues moving quickly. - Carrie L2 contributionsProbably the best theme park in the UKIt’s expensive. There’s no getting past that. It’s a huge treat which we tend to do once every 1-2 years. Expense to one side - it has so many rides, for all ages, toilets are a plenty, many food choices, and everywhere is clean and well looked after. Staff are happy and helpful. If you get the timing right on when to go, the queue times are 10-15 minutes max which means you can fit so much into your day. The shop at the end has so much from small purchases to big ones so you can always get something to remember your day with.Dear carrielB8645NO Thank you for your review and for rating Paultons so highly. Here at Paultons we have family values at the heart of everything we do. - Emilia P1 contributionAmazing day at Paultons ParkAs always it was amazing day at Paultons Park! We love it at Halloween the most with all the decorations, so we always make sure we also visit every year at this time. There is generally something for everyone all year round. We have 5 and 10 year old, and they always have the best time. We start with Peppa Pig World which is the only such place for little ones, but even our 10 year old still loves it. When she goes to more serious rides w dad, we explore few playgrounds on site. Tornado Springs is our fav food place there, so we always plan a good lunch midday to keep us going. We never leave before closing, always on time, it's simply too much fun to leave earlier! If you don't want to queue too long, simply check on the app queuing times for the rides and go to different part of the park for a bit. We always come back, even when the weather is not perfect, still we leave very happy. The staff is always very lovely as well. Thanks for an amazing day and see you soon Paultons Park! We recommend as the best park ever!Dear emiliapC2057JX Thank you for rating Paultons 5* and for your kind and detailed review. We are thrilled to read that you thoroughly enjoy visiting Paultons, especially at this time of year because you love how the Park is decorated for Halloween. It really is great to hear that your 10 year old still loves Peppa Pig Worlds as well as the larger coasters across the Park and that you also highly rate the Route 83 Diner for a place to purchase lunch. It is pleasing to note that you find the Paultons App very useful to be able to track queue times and subsequently plan your day easily. We really do value all feedback and thank you for taking the time to share yours with us. We very much look forward to continuing to welcome you to Paultons for many more years to come. - suzy h42 contributionsGreat 2 days at PaultonsWent to the Park on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th October for my granddaughter's 3rd birthday. The weather was exceptional which you cannot obviously guarantee in October and that truly made the experience as it was like a beautiful couple of Summer days without the Summer crowds. The longest wait time occurred twice on the Saturday both at 25 mins. Paulton's Park is EXPENSIVE - there's no getting away from this and I truly think we would have felt 'cheated' if we hadn't been able to ride as many rides as we did over the weekend. Peppa Pig World is so much fun and again we only queued about 20 minutes for meet and greet with Peppa and George. Would I go back - probably no but it is a lot of fun.Dear Suzy h, Thank you for taking the time to provide Paultons Park with a review. We are pleased to hear that you and your granddaughter enjoyed your visit to the Park and that you were able to do so many of the rides with very little queue times. At Paultons we are very proud of the value for money we are able to provide our guests and the services we offer. Admission tickets to Paultons includes over 70 rides and attractions covering Paultons Park, Tornado Springs, Lost Kingdom and Peppa Pig World therefore offering a full day's entertainment across a 140 acre site and we are sorry you felt this was not the case when you visited. It's great you enjoyed Peppa Pig World! With 9 fun rides, Muddy Puddles splash area, a soft play centre and the chance to meet Peppa Pig and George, who appear at the School House every day that the Park is open for photo opportunities, it really is the perfect place for young children! - Lisa STaunton, United Kingdom6 contributionsIt’s not just to be appreciated by kids!Took two teens today. The weather was a complete mix from beautiful sunshine to torrential rain. We had an amazing day regardless. Queues were very short, all the staff were so friendly despite some dreadful weather! But the best bit for me was just how amazing the Halloween decs were. There are literally hundreds of real pumpkins everywhere, in beautifully manicured green spaces. It was so refreshing to have a kid-centred park with lots of (beautifully cleaned and tidy) plastic but still make an effort with the natural effects. Thank you, Paultons Team!Dear lisas948 Thank you for taking the time to leave a kind review regarding your visit to Paultons Park. We are pleased to learn that your family had an overall amazing day and that the poor weather didn't prevent you from having an exciting visit to the park. It is fantastic to hear that the manageable queue times, friendly and welcoming members of staff and overall presentation of the grounds and gardens made your day enjoyable. At Paultons, we take pride in offering a unique and immersive experience for every guest, particularly during our special events. We are therefore thrilled that you found the Halloween decorations and pumpkins across the park to be a particularly notable part of your visit. - CurlyybooNottingham, United Kingdom57 contributionsAbsolutely BrillWe had a fantastic day at Paultons Park. We took our 3 year old here, mainly for Peppa Pig world but found there were so many other rides throughout the park that she was big/tall enough for. I think with other parks there isn’t enough choice for a 3 year old, where as here we were spoilt for choice! The “big” rides/rollercoasters were also very good! The park is well maintained and clean, staff were friendly and a plenty. The only negative would be the food, there is plenty of choice but we spent £33 on 2 adult meals and one kids meal, to be served two kids cheeseburgers which were dry and smaller than a single MCDS cheeseburger. Took them back to be told we had been given two kids burgers instead of adult ones, good job I went up really. The burgers were replaced with the corrects ones so no biggy, just annoying at the time! Overall, couldn’t reccomend more! Will return one day when we are back in the area.Dear Curlyyboo, Thank you for your 5 star review. We are delighted to hear that you and your family had a fantastic day at Paultons with a particular highlight including the variety of rides and attractions for your 3 year old. As well as Peppa Pig World, Paultons is also home to Lost Kingdom, Critter Creek, Wild Lands, and Tornado Springs all set across 140 acres. It's great to read your positive comments regarding your experience of how clean and well maintained Paultons is, as well as how friendly our staff are. Customer service is very important to us here at the Park so we are so pleased this was noticed when you visited. At Paultons we take great pride in the quality of the meals prepared and served here at the Park, together with the service provided by the team so we are sorry to hear of your experience at one of our catering outlets however, we are pleased to note that this was resolved on the day for you. I have never written an online review before but felt compelled to do so due to the shocking overcrowding at the park today. We booked tickets feeling confident that these were limited in number and that the management had put in place necessary measure to make the park Covid safe. The overwhelming number of people heading in to the Peppa Pig World section of the park today made social distancing impossible. Social distancing is everyone's responsibility, however when queuing and using rides this is the responsibility of the management and staff at the park. There are hand sanitisers and some evidence of operators wiping down rides but this is far and few between. Safety is not being managed well. All rides today appeared to be operated and lines managed by a team of staff averaging an age of 18-20, none of whom seem to lack the ability or confidence to challenge anyone around them. Queues were over 50 minutes long with people not adhering to the clearly marked yellow lines on the floor. At one ride we became sandwiched between two families when another family had to come back into the line when the operator wrongly let the family through when seats where not available; we had nowhere to move to to allow proper social distancing. The playgrounds and splashpads were operating as if Covid had never existed. If Paultons Park want the general public to work with them and make the park safe then maybe they need some visible management or staff on the ground level with experience who can manage their young workforce and direct the crowds. Very disappointed with our trip today.

Dear ShelleyYeoell,
Thank you for taking the time to review your recent Paultons Park visit.
We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the safety precautions taken throughout the park and hope we can rectify this further for you.
We’d first like to assure you that take the current global pandemic extremely seriously are operating in the way in which we have been advised through government advice, specific to industry, to ensure that social distancing and covid secure precautions can be maintained at all times. The safety of both guests and staff is our top priority and we are doing all that we can ensure everyone remains as safe as possible whilst visiting Paultons Park.
We monitor queues throughout the park to ensure social distancing is maintained and respectfully ask that guests always follow our advice given by staff and also take responsibility for their own actions by keeping their distance from other people.
Our dedicated team have been issued with the appropriate PPE and have also received specific training so that they remain safe in their duties when interacting with guests. We have introduced many new measures to ensure that Paultons is a covid secure, safe and enjoyable place to visit. Whilst most of these new protocols are visible, there are also many procedures being carried out behind the scenes.
We have received a lot of praise from recent visitors who have had a very positive experience at the park, following the introduction of new services provided by our dedicated team of staff, who are doing a fantastic job and working extremely hard to adapt to many new operational changes throughout the park.
We’d like to thank you once again for sharing your feedback with us and hope our response provides an insight to all necessary precautions being taken. We will of course be sure to share your feedback with the Park's Senior Management Team.
Kind Regards
Paultons Park

Me & my wife took our 19month old son to Paultons Park, mainly for the Peppa Pig aspect and although we only did one thing in the Peppa Pig area due to the crowd levels in that section, we had an amazing time throughout the rest of the park!
We managed to go on around 7 different rides with our toddler, even though he is under 90cm tall and many of those rides we went on 2-3 more times as he loved them so much! The queues for all the rides we went on were short, less than 5 minutes.
We got into the park around 11:15am after parking up around 11:05 and the walk to the front of the park and entrance to the park was very smooth, no queue whatsoever. We went to the Peppa Pig area first and it was nicely themed, however as expected it was incredibly crowded. Queues were ranging from 25-70 minutes for the various ride so we left this area to see if it would be quieter later. We then proceeded to go on many rides over the course of the day, stopping at a lunch place near the carousel for a small cheesy chips, drinks and a lunch bag for our toddler (£16.50 total 😬). We did manage to go back to the Peppa Pig world around 2:00 and get on grandad dogs boat ride in less than 5 minutes and could have done the train ride too as that was a short queue but we decided we liked the rest of the park better and went on the other rides again! At the end of the day, we took our toddler into the huge splash area they have and he absolutely loved this! We had forgotten suncream and a swimming outfit for our toddler but we bought some from the main shop for a reasonable price as they were in the sale.
Social distancing measures were in place with markings on the floors etc. 90% of people generally stuck to the measures but like with anything, not everyone thinks the rules applies to them and takes it seriously. Masks were enforced inside the main store by the entrance and there were hand sanitising stations EVERYWHERE. After all the ride exits and in the pathways in the parks and entrance to shops etc etc. They even had staff members walking around holding up signs reminding people to maintain social distancing which I thought was great.
All in all, a fantastic day out as a family, we will definitely be doing it again, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone even during these times.

We visited 6th and 7th Aug 2020 and had two fantastic days. Weather was glorious so make sure you pack some swimwear for the little ones to use muddy puddles splash park!! Peppa pig world was busy as expected, but it’s down to adults to socially distance and keep the space between your family and the next which we did. Follow the guidelines set out yourself and you will be fine such as face coverings inside shops, restaurants et . Queue times did vary depending on which ride but nothing was too long that we avoided. We paid for early entry to meet Peppa the second day, whilst the children couldn’t touch Peppa or George or daddy or mommy pig, the staff played games and took family pics of us with the characters socially distanced which was great. We had 30 minutes to then enjoy the rides before the park opened to the public and this was perfect as we got to go on the rides again before the queues began (highly recommend). Today the weather was so hot we spent most our time in the splash park as it was very hot for the little ones and we felt sorry for those who had just arrived queueing for the rides. Highly recommend Paultons Park and will be back to visit again. I recommend taking your own picnic as there are so many lovely places to sit and eat and just enjoy the grounds. We stayed in botley park hotel and again that was great, in would suggest booking in advance the swimming pool as this gets booked up quick but lovely staff who let us in even though we hadn’t booked. No complaints what so ever we have two very happy children 💗💙

My husband, 2 children (3&9) and myself booked our tickets a couple of weeks in advance and so were determined to go today despite the weather forecast which proved correct - torrential rain all day. We took 2 changes of clothes each and brollies - accepting of the fact we would get wet. We packed a picnic to save money at lunchtime which we had no issue eating outside under a covered area outside the main restaurant.
The day was well organised with the staff directing and parking us in every other space to aid socially distancing, advising the 2 metre rule (following this is up to individuals) and providing plenty of handwashing and sanitiser stations. They cleaned the rides thoroughly every so often which nobody seemed to mind waiting a few minutes for.
When the log flume broke down in the afternoon, staff were calm and reacted quickly and efficiently to escort people down off the top of the ride, it was fixed quickly and people were allowed back on.
The longest wait we had for a rise all day was about 35 minutes for flight of the pterasaur before lunch, in the afternoon most rises were no queue at all.
Overall, a well organised, safe day out - a huge well done and thankyou to the staff who also had to work in the atrocious weather!!

Perfect family day out!
Large variety of rides with several awesome rollercoasters, a log flume, swings, racing cars, Peppa Pig World for the little ones, a zoo with plenty of animals to see and gorgeous gardens to explore.
I took my 19 year old girlfriend and 12 year old sister and we had an amazing time. We booked on a weekend in the June half-term online. The park wasn’t even particularly busy and queues for most rides were anywhere from 10-25 minutes. Our favourite rides were the dinosaur rollercoasters in the Lost Kingdom and we’d recommend doing these first whilst all the families run off to Peppa Pig World! The park is visually stunning, and there were times when I felt like I was walking around a nature reserve! If you get to Paulton’s in time for thé 10:00am opening you’ll able to ride everything you want. There was a lot of congestion coming into the park so leave plenty of time to get there, although once at the gates there is not much of a queue to get in.
Paulton’s were good at sticking to Covid regulations, but they weren’t overly controlling
or over the top about the situation which was really awesome. No compulsory mask wearing on the rides or outdoors.
Food options were amazing. You would often expect just burger and chips from a theme park but Paulton’s have everything, with many different restaurants across the park. There was a lot of vegan options to choose from, such as vegetable pasties, curry, soup and dairy free ice cream. If you prefer to save money with a picnic, the gardens are huge and quiet for you to enjoy your lunch!
Rides began to close from 17:30-18:00. I’d recommend going on thé water ride at Peppa
Pig world last for a relaxing end to the day! Paulton’s keep their gates open until 19:00 so if you want to wind down in the play park or in the gardens there’s plenty of time to do that!
Thanks for an awesome day out Paulton’s! Keep up the good work and I hope everyone else enjoys your awesome park!

After visiting Peppa pig world last year for my daughters 2nd birthday (couldn’t fault the rides etc, daughter loved it) I had bought 4 tickets, and they had taken payment twice, so I had ended up paying for 8 tickets and they’re not cheap! The lady at the help desk said it would be refunded straight away, which it wasn’t. When I phoned up I spoke to a very rude girl. I then received an email apologising about what happened and was given 2 complimentary tickets to use within a year.
So we were planning to bring our daughter back again for her 3rd Birthday. But then obviously covid happened, I am very high risk with health issues, and also have a newborn baby. So we are still isolating as much as we can to keep ourselves safe. Which I thought the park would encourage. I contacted them and explained the situation, and asked as they were closed for a number of months during the pandemic, and it is not my fault in the slightest, if our tickets could be extended at all so that my daughter doesn’t miss out on more than she already has done this year.
They have refused to extend the tickets. Now I think this is disgraceful as I thought they would be more sympathetic to the situation, and I also thought they would want everyone who visits their park so be as safe as possible. It makes me wonder what their covid and social distancing rules and regulations are, if this is their attitude. I also don’t understand why it makes a difference to them what month I return, refusing to extend the tickets means they will be missing out on custom in the long run, as they will be losing the money we would be spending whilst we’re there, and also our yearly visits for our daughters birthdays! She now has to miss out on even more than she already has this year, and I’m disgusted with the impersonal approach Paultons Park have for their customers. Since I have last emailed them they have completely ignored me which is unbelievably rude.
The park it’s self is great, the staff and customer care is shocking.

Dear Charlotte B
Thank you for your latest Trip Advisor review regarding Paultons and we are sorry to see that you have again rated the Park with a low grading.
Correspondence and telephone conversations on this matter between yourself and the Park's offices dates back to October 2019 when two sets of tickets were purchased through the website in error. We were pleased to arrange a refund promptly on your arrival at the Park the next day, when this was brought to light, back on to your card. As we hope you can appreciate, however, it does take 3-5 working days for the funds to return to accounts which is out of our control.
We were pleased to provide you with 2 x complimentary tickets by way of apology, valid for just over a year, in light of the bank fees that you had incurred. Whilst the fault was not our own, the tickets were freely offered as a gesture of goodwill in order to restore your faith in the Park and our intentions.
Whilst we fully appreciate the fact that the Park was closed from 21st March to 3rd July inclusive due to Coronavirus, the complimentary tickets offered were valid for a visit during our opening dates in November and December 2019, together with February, March, July, August, September and October 2020. We can only apologise for your disappointment with regards to us being unable to assist with the extension of complimentary tickets under the provision of which tickets are issued and we thank you for your comments. Please be assured that a copy of your review and feedback has been shared with the Park's Senior Management Team.
As communicated in our most recent email, we do very much hope that we may be able to welcome you to Paultons again sometime in the future.
Kind regards

We spent the weekend at Paulton’s park with our 5 year old daughter. There is a great variety of rides across the whole park - including Peppa Pig World which was the main reason for our trip.
Our first day (Saturday 5th Sept) was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 10am and headed straight to PP world, bearing in mind the park had just opened the doors there was already a 25 minute wait on majority of rides. This quickly escalated to 55 minutes+. The park was so busy. We managed 3 or 4 of the rides and quickly escaped to the other areas of the park which were much quieter.
Day 2 we decided to miss PP world all together as it was impossible to socially distance with so many people queuing. We had a much better day visiting the other attractions.
There are signs up saying you need to wear a mask indoors, however this isn’t enforced.
There are plenty of hand sanitiser stations dotted around the park.
Staff walk around with signs asking you to socially distance, however I didn’t see anyone enforcing people to give space
I didn’t see a single ride being cleaned the whole time we were there
We ate in the restaurant just by the entrance, and whilst pricey (£40+) for 3 small meals and a drink the food was great, and a great selection. Service was super quick too
Overall, it was a great weekend however extremely disappointed we didn’t get to experience PP world in its entirety.
Our 5 year old absolutely loved it (oh and beware of the volume of wasps that like to linger around the queues!!!)

Dear laurencarpenter90,
Thank you for taking the time to review your recent experience at Paultons Park, Home of Peppa Pig World.
Please be assured that we are very aware of our responsibilities with regards to social distancing and are currently running at a reduced capacity of up to 50% for a normal Summer's day here at Paultons. All operational changes to the park have been made in light of government advice for our industry.
As you can appreciate, some rides are more popular than others which can sometimes lead to a longer queue time depending on the ride, especially those located in Peppa Pig World. We recommend that guests who wish to avoid queues head to this popular area of the park slightly later in the day. You are also able to utilise the queue times function on our digital screens and official park app to best plan your day and avoid long queues. This is a feature that many guests utilise during their visit and feedback very positively regarding.
With regards to the cleaning of rides, attractions and facilities, Paultons already has first class levels of cleanliness and hygiene and in light of COVID-19 we have further enhanced our protocols to increase the amount of sanitisation we do around the Park. Our rides are regularly sanitised with a barrier product and we installed additional hand washing and hand sanitising stations across the Park, prior to opening on 4th July, for guests to use regularly during a visit, with further units recently installed at all of our rides.
We fully appreciate all feedback we receive and will be sure to share this with our Senior Management Team.
We hope to welcome you backto Paultons Park one day.
Kind regards
Paultons Park

Came here for 2 days during half term week and had the best time. We spent very little time in Peppa Pig World as my kids have pretty much outgrown it now (although the youngest did want to go and have a look and ended up going on one of the rides). The park seemed busy but queue times weren’t bad at all, even for the new rides. Longest we queued for a ride was probably around 40 minutes which compared to other theme parks we’ve been to is really good. The selection of rides available for young children is incredible. Particularly the roller coasters which my 8 & 6 year olds really enjoyed as well as us adults. This park is the perfect place to introduce your kids to their first roller coaster, there’s something for kids of any age and bravery level. Storm chaser is probably the most intense out of them all but all their coasters are aimed at kids/families really. We got on many rides multiple times including storm chaser, flight of the pterosaur, cobra, the log flume and i even got a couple of rides on cyclonator (kids not tall enough for that one yet).
The park is so clean and well kept, the new area is absolutely amazing and so well themed. They’re already adding another roller coaster possibly aimed at younger children so that should be good when it opens. There are numerous play areas which are of really good quality, my kids spent time in them and needed coaxing away to go on more rides. They also went in the splash park for a bit on the second day and thoroughly enjoyed themselves so I would definitely recommend bringing swimwear if going in summer. Spent a bit of time looking at the animals, the fennec fox’s are adorable and they have some beautiful birds to see. Penguins are always a hit.
Food was decently priced, cheaper than my local park Drayton Manor and there was much more choice available. Quality was decent, gift shops have a variety of merchandise and not too badly priced as far as theme parks go. I’m so glad we decided to take advantage of the ‘free’ second day, there’s more than enough at Paultons to fill up your time even without really venturing into PPW. It meant we weren’t feeling rushed trying to get everything done on the first day, which we achieved anyway.
This was our second visit, last time was a few years ago and we mainly stayed in PPW and had a great time. This time was even better and we will definitely be returning again. Best family theme park in the uk. I hope they keep investing in themselves whilst maintaining these high standards.

Dear SpaceTraveller17,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5 star rating and review.
We are really happy to hear that you had 2 excellent days here and managed to fit a lot in even during a busy half term week.
Our rides and attractions are varied to try and cater for all ages, and we love to hear of children going on to enjoy some of our coasters as they outgrow Peppa Pig World. It sounds as though you all found rides that you enjoyed immensely.
We are also pleased to hear that you enjoyed the attractions that we also have here, such as our beautifully kept gardens, Livestock areas and Splash Zones (a must on a hot day for cooling off).
We will certainly look forward to welcoming you back to Paultons for a third visit in the future.
Kind Regards,
Paultons Park Ltd

We visited paultons base on their video on their website which gave assurances about the safety of visitors. I feel deeply misled, the park was not Covid safe, and I subsequently feel we were put at unnecessary risk for the sake of money for the park.
1) the park claimed to have restricted the number of visitors as you could only buy tickets in advance online.
Reality - the car park was full and people were buying tickets at the gate... Peppa pig work was so full you could barely move for people between rides, you could certainly not keep your distance.
2) the park claimed some of the rides would have virtual queues.
Reality - the app tells you how long the queue is, in the morning it was close to an hour for each ride in Peppa pig world. THERE WAS NO VIRTUAL QUEUE
3) signs and barriers to help encourage social distance.
Reality - there were so many people it was impossible to queue at a distance, paultons limited the number of people on most rides which led to the queues being even longer, I can’t stress how shocked we were by the volume of people.
In the shop there was no attempt to limit the number of people in there. Again it was impossible to keep apart from people.
The park was great and in normal circumstances it should have been great, but right now it simple isn’t safe, so in hindsight I would not have gone, safety does not appear to be their priority

Dear Simon,
Thank you for reviewing your day at Paultons Park, Home of Peppa Pig World. As a business that values the safety of guests and staff above all else we are saddened to see that following your visit you decided to rate us just 1*.
We can assure you that, in line with government guidance for our industry, our visitor capacity has reduced significantly to ensure that social distancing can be maintained. We monitor queues throughout the park to ensure social distancing is maintained and we respectfully ask that guests always follow our team's advice and also take responsibility for their own actions by keeping their distance from other people.
Our Virtual Queue is only running on selected dates and as you would expect with any new system, this is being constantly reviewed in order to improve the guest experience. We are currently making adjustments in light of previous visitor feedback and hope to re-introduce this once any issues are resolved. We are sorry the virtual queue was unavailable on the day of your visit.
As you've mentioned, we also have a queue times section within the app, advising guests of queue times around the park to help them best plan their day. As you can appreciate, some rides are more popular than others which can sometimes lead to a longer queue time depending on the ride, especially those located in Peppa Pig World. We recommend that guests who wish to avoid queues head to this popular area of the park slightly later in the day.
Our dedicated team of staff have been issued with PPE and have also received specific training so that they remain safe in their duties when interacting with our guests. We have introduced many new measures to ensure that Paultons is a covid secure, safe and enjoyable place to visit. Whilst most of these new protocols are visible, there are also many procedures being carried out behind the scenes.
We'd like to take the final opportunity to thank you for your comments and once again assure you that our top priority is to ensure the park remains safe for guests and staff at all times. We will also ensure your thoughts are shared with our Senior Management Team.
Kind regards
Paultons Park

This place has something for everyone!
Ages in our group were 62, 40, 39, 35, 32, 10, 07, 05 and 2 and there really was something for us all to do.
The little ones love Peppa Pig world and grown ups could go on with them so it was very safe.
The 7 and 10 year old enjoyed all the big roller coasters and chair swings and all of us loved the log flume ride.
The app sis great and gives all the queuing times although we often found them to be shorter than advertised.
There are beautiful well kept gardens and mature trees, two different sized splash parks that the kids loved (remember to take an extra set of clothes).
Everywhere is VERY clean and and there are lots of hand sanitiser's around. Masks have to be worn in the shops and toilets. Everyone seems to keep their distance and queue respectfully at 2m distance - overall I was very impressed with their COVID 19 H & S measures.
Food and drink is expensive and not that good however there are free water bottle refill stations around the park which is an excellent idea and very good for the environment.
None of us have ever been before but we are all very impressed and will go again.
Thank you for a lovely day out.

Hello!
The website says the rides close at 5pm... but there's nothing about food outlets? Can we stay beyond 5pm for food? The app didn't make it clear either. Any help welcome!
Written April 16, 2024
Last time we went only the restaurant at the entrance was open after 5, when we went for their Halloween event a couple of years ago the same thing happened despite rides staying open until 7pm. Unsure if policy has changed since then

We're taking our 3 year old to the park in a month and were staying at the Mortimer Arms Hotel. Would we need to bring a pram for the walk up to the park? He's 3, well on his feet but he is small for his age. We're flying over also so would have to bring the pram on the plane which we're a bit nervous about.

You can rent a pushchair there for a price :) the park is quite big so may be a good idea after a long day.

Hi, I’m considering a visit to Peppa pig world for my little girls bday.l in May. We would be travelling from Scotland and flying into Southhampton airport.
Our flights arrive in the morning. Would we have enough time to do Peppa pig world if arriving at midday?
Written February 5, 2024
Hi, yes you definitely would. We’ve been many times with our girls (now 11 and 13 and who now prefer the Paultons Park rides!). Peppa Pig World is packed with rides but it is very small and compact so an afternoon is fine. You’d have 5-6 hours if you arrive at midday. Check in advance what time the characters come out for a photo opportunity too 😊. Just bear in mind if you are going during spring half term it is likely to be much busier so queuing times would be longer.

Hi - we are planning to visit Paultons 10 and 11 September - I’ve read a few reviews about issues with wasps at the park - is that still an issue?
Written September 4, 2023
We went last week. Peppa pig world has wasps, especially next to the outdoor seating areas and standing in queues, Water kingdom was alright except near bins, Dinosaur kingdom was also bad for wasps.
Written September 5, 2023
Hi, we’re going to PP tomorrow and I’m worried about not fitting on a main ride. Are they plus size (18-20) friendly or are there some specific rides I should avoid like the plague?
Written August 7, 2023
I would steer clear of the yellow slides with the red boat one where you race, I can’t remember what it’s called but you’ll know what I mean when you see it (lots of stairs to get up) it was a tight squeeze and I’m a size 14. Other than that I think you’ll be fine but we didn’t do peppa pig world. ❤️ enjoy!!

We are visiting next Saturday but are about an hour or so away. Are we best getting to the park for opening or arriving a bit later and staying later? I was just a bit worried about parking if we did the latter...
Written August 7, 2023
There is plenty of parking, but if you arrive later you will be right at the back of the car park which is a bit of a walk. I'd arrive at opening, or just before, there is plenty at Paultons to keep you busy from open right through to close - enjoy x
