Please note that the Museum is open on Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holiday Mondays. It will be open on Monday 1st May, Monday 29th May & Monday 28th August. See our website for more information. Please call to check opening before travelling. Farnborough Air Sciences Museum is located on Farnborough's historic aviation site in North Hampshire and right next to Farnborough Airport. The museum is dedicated to Farnborough's proud aviation heritage and significant contribution to air science and research, and offers an important educational resource as well as an entertaining and stimulating day out for anyone interested in aviation history and scientific progress.

lovely small museum, entrance is free. very interesting exhibits, they even have a part of the Concorde fuselage. Really interesting, and very helpful & friendly staff (probably all volunteers)

Really interesting museum to visit with my 10-year-old son. What made it great were the volunteers. They couldn't have been more helpful, letting him sit in various cockpits and explaining all about the aircraft. He also really enjoyed the simulators, in spite of a series...More

Run by a team of knowledgeable and dedicated volunteers. A small museum, but lots of interesting aspects relating to the history of the site. Free admission, but make sure you leave a donation to support their work.More

Spent nearly 3 hours here one sunday back in April, and its only a small museum but has some wonderful stuff. Lots of information on British aviation and lots of planes to explore. you can even go on the simulator there so there is something...More

A small but interesting museum, filled with lots of items relating to Farnboroughs' air history. The volunteers do an amazing job keeping it all running. There are a couple of interactive displays, where you can sit in a cockpit and try to land a plane....More

What is the cost of entrance.

Entrance at weekends is free, but donations are gratefully accepted. There is also free onsite parking. the Museum is open from 10am-4pm weekends and is also open this Bank Holiday Monday.
